Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Concierge teams from some of our partner hotels in Copenhagen to our workshop, “Beyond the Ride – The Mechanics of Luxury Transport,” hosted at our Copenhagen office.

The workshop was designed to give concierges a deeper insight into the operations of a professional chauffeur service and what happens behind the scenes.

Airport transfers and chauffeur services have always been an important part of the guest experience for luxury hotels and their guests. It is therefore essential to work with a partner who understands hospitality, the fast-paced environment of a concierge desk, and how we can help make their daily operations easier.

The workshop included a live presentation of our fleet, where we introduced the different vehicle types and discussed the increasing demand for luxury MPVs. We also shared important insights into the arrival experience at Copenhagen Airport, covering both commercial flights and private aviation. In addition, we discussed best practices, practical arrival procedures, and how we continuously aim to improve the service experience of every journey.

Luxury hotels in Copenhagen remain an important part of our business, and we look forward to continuing these partnerships while further developing luxury ground transportation services for these properties.

We recently had the pleasure of facilitating the seamless transportation of 12 wonderful passengers on a round trip from Copenhagen to Smukfest using two of our fully electric Mercedes-Benz EQV's.

During longer journeys of 2 hours or more, a quick break is always a good idea – to stretch, grab some coffee, or, in this case, visit the special pop-up bar set up for this occasion.

This break also let us charge our cars to ensure a safe trip to our destination.

The best part? Our EQV vehicles can cover any spot in Denmark with just one 20-minute charging break. Can you spare 20 minutes for a greener ride?

1000 m2 of Danish nature is safe! This is the area that – and our amazing customers – have secured for posterity.

In cooperation with (the Danish Nature Fund), throughout February, we donated DKK 1.50 for every kilometre driven in our new 100%-electric limousines.

We are very happy and proud about this, because the preservation of existing natural landscapes is an important piece of the larger climate puzzle. We're looking forward to publishing more information about the particular area in Denmark that the donation will help to safeguard.

However, there is no denying that the situation in Ukraine has disheartened us. Our thoughts are with the millions of Ukrainians whose future at this moment looks very uncertain.

We have decided to continue our donation of DKK 1.50 for every kilometre driven in our electric limousines. In March, this will go to an emergency aid organisation currently working in Ukraine. We have not yet decided which organisation will receive the funds, but we are seeking advice and guidance as to where it will be most effective.

We hope that more people will support this move towards using greener transport and in so doing, raise as much money as possible to a cause that is of great concern to us all.
