Last week, Ovation Scandinavia DMC visited Germany to showcase Incentive travel programs and conferences in Copenhagen and the rest of Scandinavia. The team was accompanied by the Wonderful Copenhagen Convention Bureau along with several suppliers and partners in Copenhagen.

During the visit, the team engaged with over 50 agencies and planners, all showing keen interest in exploring the Scandinavian region. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting Germany's current emphasis on sustainability, unique experiences, nature, and vibrant urban settings. Per Ankaer even showcased his language skills by conversing in German while indulging in Bretzel tasting!

The event provided an opportunity to reconnect with existing clients and spark inspiration among potential new ones. Ovation Scandinavia DMC looks forward to hosting more German groups in Copenhagen, Denmark, and across Scandinavia.

It is time for some "Hygge" time in Denmark. Christmas and December time is great for groups, who would like to experience Copenhagen in the cool Winter. Sauna by the harbour with a dip in the clean habour water. Treasure hunt in Tivoli Garden. Create your own Danish Christmas lunch and combine it with a BeerWalks around the well lit city. Try iceskating around the Christmas markets. In January, February we also have the light festival, food festival and fashion festival. Plenty of reasons to come in the Winter period and then you also save 25% compared to the Summer Season.

Ovation Denmark DMC had the pleasure of assisting Neodent, a leader in implant dentistry, with their vibrant EMEA conference in Copenhagen. The event drew over 500 enthusiastic participants and featured an action-packed 3-day program at the stunning Villa Copenhagen hotel. Ovation played a key role in creating an engaging atmosphere with innovative stage design, cutting-edge AV with AI translation in multiple languages, and delicious sustainable food options.

But the excitement didn’t stop there! We kept the energy high outside the meeting rooms with invigorating morning runs followed by refreshing dips in the harbor. The highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic Congress party at the Copenhagen Playhouse, complete with a scenic boat transfer. Guests enjoyed organic food and drinks from Aamanns, lively entertainment, a fun photo booth, and a dance floor that was never empty!

Accommodation was seamlessly managed by Ovation at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, ensuring a comfortable stay for all attendees.

We love inspiring our clients with the best events and meetings in Copenhagen! That’s why we’re always on the lookout for new venues, activities, hotels and restaurants. Last week, most of the Ovation team enjoyed an incredible evening at the Wallmans Copenhagen Dinner Show. We’ve hosted many groups and conference guests there, and even after 20 years, they continue to evolve their concept. This year’s performance was probably their best ever!

Set menus 🍽️ can work for some groups, but they’re definitely not for everyone. That's why it's so refreshing when our suppliers go the extra mile to create a fully customized and interactive menu that aligns perfectly with a client's themed party. 🎉

We recently had an incredible experience where all the decorations, both inside and outside the restaurant, were edible. Guests could explore, experiment, and even decorate their plates with beautiful, edible flower arrangements. There were pots with tomato plants served alongside various dips, small “dandelion bouquets” as appetizers, and so much more.
