Great events are built on collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to creating memorable experiences.

We were happy to support JR Global Events, Inc from the USA in delivering a four-day association event in Copenhagen for 200 participants. From the event venue at Copenhagen Marriott Hotel to dinners, transportation, guest services, and countless details behind the scenes, it was a true team effort from start to finish.

Nothing is more rewarding than knowing that our contribution helped make the experience a success for both the organisers and attendees.

Beyond the cities: Our favourite Scandinavian summer escapes 🌿

Scandinavia is home to vibrant cities, but some of the most memorable experiences are found just beyond them.

🇩🇰 Skagen, Denmark

Creativity, storytelling and memorable experiences.

At Ovation Scandinavia DMC, we believe every event is an opportunity to connect people and tell a story.

Recently, we had the pleasure of designing and delivering a two-day incentive programme in Copenhagen for 54 employees from a European insurance company.

We kicked off the programme with a true Copenhagen experience on the water as guests cruised Copenhagen's harbour in GoBoats while enjoying picnic baskets and making the most of the changing Danish weather. Keeping the Copenhagen waterfront as the backdrop, the evening continued with welcome drinks on the terrace and dinner at Admiral Hotel.

The following day, guests stepped into the world of the Jacobsen family and the Carlsberg legacy. With professional actors bringing Carl, J.C. and Ottilia to life, the story unfolded throughout the day; from a warm welcome and lunch at Madklubben Carlsberg, to a journey through the historic surroundings of Home of Carlsberg, and finally a memorable gala dinner at Glyptoteket. A unique way to experience Copenhagen’s history, heritage and hospitality.

Wednesday night, we had the pleasure of hosting a high-end guest group. With fantastic support from our colleague, Lise, the journey began at 1 Hotel Copenhagen, where the group was personally guided through the city to an exclusive RIB boat experience 🚤- blending pure adrenaline with the effortless beauty of the harbour.

Returning to shore, the experience continued with a warm welcome and smooth transition to the iconic Noma, where an unforgettable culinary moment awaited 🍽️

A special thank you to Lise, who ensured every detail was taken care of throughout - discreetly managing the tour and enabling guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience. And no… we’ve rarely seen that many iconic Chanel handbags gathered in one place 👜✨
