Wednesday night, we had the pleasure of hosting a high-end guest group. With fantastic support from our colleague, Lise, the journey began at 1 Hotel Copenhagen, where the group was personally guided through the city to an exclusive RIB boat experience 🚤- blending pure adrenaline with the effortless beauty of the harbour.

Returning to shore, the experience continued with a warm welcome and smooth transition to the iconic Noma, where an unforgettable culinary moment awaited 🍽️

A special thank you to Lise, who ensured every detail was taken care of throughout - discreetly managing the tour and enabling guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience. And no… we’ve rarely seen that many iconic Chanel handbags gathered in one place 👜✨

This past winter, Ovation Scandinavia DMC had the pleasure of organizing several unforgettable incentive travel programs across the Arctic ❄️

Our journeys took guests to spectacular destinations including Tromsø and Svalbard in Norway, Luleå and Kiruna in Sweden, and Greenland. Each location delivered truly unique Arctic experiences, but one of the most extraordinary programs took place in Svalbard.

Guests enjoyed thrilling dog sledding adventures 🐕‍🛷, exploring the untouched wilderness while surrounded by dramatic Arctic landscapes. Evenings were equally memorable, with outstanding dining experiences at local restaurants and a magical night at Camp Barentz, where guests enjoyed an Arctic meal under the stars with the Northern Lights dancing overhead ✨.

A snow scooter expedition led participants across frozen fjords, where sightings of polar bears and reindeer added to the excitement. Another highlight was a boat cruise on the Ice Fjord, where walrus and seals rested on drifting ice floes – a truly magical moment in the Arctic 🧊🐋.

With limited capacity in these remote destinations, now is the perfect time to start planning next winter’s Arctic incentive programs, even as we transition into summer mode.

To celebrate Employee Appreciation Day, Ovation Scandinavia DMC invited the Copenhagen team for a truly special experience in the heart of the city.

We explored a hidden historic gem Lille Mølle - the old mill located on Christianshavn’s ramparts - https://lnkd.in/eX-zCcSb. Normally a museum, the venue was transformed for the first time into the setting for a historic treasure hunt.

Divided into two teams, we searched for clues hidden throughout the mill’s unique rooms – and even the old basement bar surrounded by furniture more than 70 years old. Both teams completed the challenge, but one finished faster and proudly claimed the prize: classic Danish Easter eggs.

The evening ended with a well-deserved dinner at the nearby new restaurant Le Grand Rouge, celebrating a great team effort and a memorable experience together.

A fantastic evening and a great achievement by the team!
