Recently, we had the pleasure of having the kimchi queen Kala Sung in our space again to teach us how to make our own kimchi. Thank you to our guests - braving the masks, gloves and aprons like pros! It was such a fun and insightful experience that left us all with our own tricks and techniques of how to ferment fresh veggies at home. Everyone returned home with their own kimchi jars that are now ready to be eaten! :) Let us know how you enjoy it and which dishes you are complementing with your kimchi! We are so curious to hear!
