Welcome to Lizbeth M Studio! Created by award winning photojournalist Liz Margerum. I tell the stor I believe that every person, every family is special. Simple.

And because no two people are the same, I work tirelessly to make your family photos as unique as you are. For children, family and engagement photos, I come to you and because of this no photo from the session will look the same as another person’s. I like to incorporate play during the photo sessions, so that the subjects are comfortable. The best situation is when everyone is having so much fun

they forget about the camera. This makes for a relaxed no stress session with no forced smiles. Instead of photo day being a chore, it is another fun day. For weddings I document the moments that make your day special. From the bride and groom getting ready before the ceremony to the father of the bride dancing with his little girl on the dance floor during the reception, I capture it all.

✨It’s time to turn the page.✨

After an incredible chapter filled with love stories, laughter, and some unforgettable dance floors—I’m pivoting into something new. I’m moving from wedding photography into the world of digital marketing, blending strategy, storytelling, and (of course) photography.

To every couple who invited me into your day, and every family who welcomed me with open arms—thank you. Thank you for your trust, your joy, your hugs, your chaos, and your kindness. You’ve given me more than I can put into words—and shaped me in ways I’ll carry forever.

This isn’t goodbye to creativity—it’s just a new lens, a new adventure, and I’m so ready for it.

On a wedding day, the happiness and excitement of the people involved is contagious. Just look at the groom's mother who couldn't contain her joy and had to jump down the aisle. Isn’t she sweet?! It was an incredible moment and I love when moms, dads or even friends show pure infectious joy.

These are my favourite moments to capture at weddings. Being in the right place at the right time is not just luck, it's about having experience and knowing what to look for. This is why it's so important to have an experienced photographer to document your special day.

A skilled photographer will not only capture the traditional shots, but also the candid moments that truly reflect the emotions of the day. They capture moments the bride and groom after miss out on.

But these are the shots you look at over and over again when thumbing through the wedding album.

Here is the ugly truth: I am having a bit of writer's block. 🤫 It happens to the best of us, but I not going to let that get me down!

I constantly think about Instagram, and how I can provide value to my followers.

So I'm turning to you for suggestions on what you'd like to see from me. Would you like more behind-the-scenes content that shows the creative process behind my work?
Perhaps some wedding advice that could help you plan your own special day? Maybe you're interested in learning how to dress for a family photo session? Whatever it may be, I'm open to suggestions.

How can it be possible? It is mid June and summer vacation is right around the corner!

Regardless of how you choose to spend your summer vacation, it's important to make the most of the time you have. Whether it's indulging in your favorite hobbies, trying out new activities, or simply taking the time to relax and recharge, summer is a time to embrace the moment and savor every minute. (Especially when you live in Denmark with the long dark winters!)

Me? I like to soak up the warmth and sunshine, (like a lizard sunbathing on a rocks. ) I try to remember to appreciate the simple pleasures of the season, from picnics in the park to lazy afternoons spent reading a good book. (And you cant forget the fresh lemonaide!)

While it may seem like the summer is slipping away too quickly, I want to help you make the most of the time we have and create memories that will last a lifetime.

I have to more open times in June but I more availability in August and September.

And if you haven't made any plans yet, don't worry - there's still plenty of time to make the most of this season.

If I could grant you one wish on your wedding day what would it be? 🧚‍♀

For many couples, the perfect day would involve no rain. 🌧 For others, it might be the perfect party with all their closest friends and family. For some, it may be amazingly stylish shoes that look and feel good all day. 👠

But for all couples, the most important wish is to create a day that reflects who they are and what they mean to each other. To make a day that is special in its entirety, the couple should focus on the elements that mean the most to them. Whether it be a unique venue, meaningful music, or personalized vows, a wedding is more than just a party. It is the start of a new life together. 💍

So. . . if I could grant you one wish on your wedding day, I hope it would be that you are surrounded with love and that each moment of the day is a cherished memory for years to come. 🍀

Colors of summer. ♥️ if you were a color what would it be?

These are my two favourite colors. White and green. But not gassy garish golf course grass green. No the light and frothy green of spring.

You can see these colors consistently in my editing because I like my greens to be consistant and elegant, but still look green.

Sometimes photographers over/under saturate greens. That’s totally fine for their vision and style. But me? I like to fine tune my greens—true to life with a flare of romance.

My dad is forever telling dad jokes and puns. They make me groan and roll my eyes, but secretly I love them.

Dad jokes bring a unique flavor to any special occasion; their ability to lighten the mood, no matter how solemn the event is, is unmatched.

Weddings are no exception. There is always a moment during the speeches where the dad pulls out a stunner. I can't help but laugh every time. (Sometimes not so quietly from behind the camera.)

The groans from the guests and the smiles from the bride and groom are always priceless. Dad jokes can make a serious event lighthearted and remind us to take life a bit less seriously.

So the next time you hear a dad joke at a wedding, don't groan. Instead, take a minute to appreciate the humor and lightheartedness that dad jokes bring to the table. No matter how silly they might seem, dad jokes have an important role to play and I'm grateful my dad is always there to provide them.
