Today, April 1st, marks 11 years since I made the decision to set aside my insecurities, step out of my comfort zone, and pursue my dream of becoming an entrepreneur in the food industry. ❤

What began as an idea—built on long nights, early mornings, and countless hours of planning menus and designing concepts—has grown into something truly meaningful. I successfully completed chef school, obtained my licenses, and became the first officially recognized HBB Event Catering service within the military community in 2016. 💪🎓

Over time, I expanded beyond the military sector, catering private events, connecting with incredible people, and continuously refining my craft. Through dedication, persistence, and many lessons learned along the way, I have developed into the chef and business owner I am today.

From starting with a menu of just five dishes to now offering an extensive and diverse selection, the journey has been both challenging and rewarding. I have also developed three distinct food lines and introduced packaged “Mama T” products, including bottled sauces, allowing customers to enjoy these flavors at home.

To enhance customer experience, I implemented modern payment solutions such as card payment, and adapted to changing circumstances by offering delivery services, ensuring accessibility even during challenging times.

A particular highlight of my journey has been mastering vegan cuisine, with the goal of offering a high-quality vegan alternative for every dish on the menu—without compromising on taste.

I am incredibly grateful to be living my dream and doing what I love every day. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of those who believed in me from the very beginning, as well as everyone who has supported me along the way.

Thank you all for being part of this journey. 🙏
