EN below 👇 Ihr habt einen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung eures Tickets. Und ihr habt dabei eine Wahl.
Es geht um mehr als einen abgesagten Termin.
Die aktuelle Situation ist ernst. Wir sagen das nicht leichtfertig, sondern weil es stimmt. Ob der Waldfrieden als Ort erhalten bleibt, steht gerade wirklich in den Sternen. Im schlimmsten Fall heißt es Insolvenz. Und damit die Möglichkeit, dass das Gebäude und Gelände des Waldfriedens in andere Hände übergeht.
Was das für diesen Ort bedeuten würde, könnt ihr euch vorstellen. Jeder Betrag hilft uns, genau das zu verhindern.
Deshalb bitten wir euch: Wenn es irgendwie möglich ist, erwägt bitte, teilweise oder ganz auf eure Rückerstattung zu verzichten. Das ist komplett freiwillig und ohne jede Erwartung.
Damit das einen echten Unterschied macht, brauchen wir euren Verzicht aktiv und schriftlich über das Formular. Nur so können wir nachweisen, dass diese Forderungen nicht mehr bestehen, und daran arbeiten, eine mögliche Insolvenz abzuwenden. Das ist kein Automatismus.
Wir wissen, dass es gerade für viele finanziell nicht einfach ist. Wenn ihr das Geld zurückbraucht, haben wir dafür vollstes Verständnis. Wir sind dankbar, dass ihr überhaupt dabei sein wolltet.
Aber wir wollen ehrlich sein. In den nächsten 2 bis 3 Wochen wird geprüft, ob eine Insolvenz unvermeidbar ist. Erst danach können Rückerstattungen erfolgen. Im Falle einer Insolvenz können wir leider nicht garantieren, dass alle Rückerstattungen vollständig möglich sind.
Die Gemeinschaft und dreißig Jahre gemeinsamer Geschichte und Erinnerungen kann uns niemand nehmen. Dieser Ort gehört uns allen. Und wir wollen, dass das so bleibt.
Sofern der Waldfrieden eine Zukunft hat, werden wir uns bei allen, die auf eine Rückerstattung ganz oder teilweise verzichtet haben, erkenntlich zeigen. Mit Rabatten, freiem Eintritt zu Partys oder anderen kleinen Gesten der Dankbarkeit. Wir vergessen nicht, wer für uns da war.

Euer Waldfrieden
You have a right to a refund for your ticket. And you have a choice.
This is about more than a cancelled date.
The current situation is serious. We do not say this lightly, but because it is true. Whether Waldfrieden as a place can continue to exist is truly uncertain right now. In the worst case, insolvency may become unavoidable. And with that comes the possibility that the building and grounds of Waldfrieden could pass into other hands.
You can imagine what that would mean for this place. Every amount helps us prevent exactly that.
That is why we are asking you: if it is somehow possible for you, please consider waiving your refund, either partly or fully. This is completely voluntary and without any expectation.
For this to make a real difference, we need your waiver actively and in writing through the form. Only this way can we prove that these claims no longer exist and work towards avoiding a possible insolvency. This does not happen automatically.
We know that financially, this is not easy for many people right now. If you need your money back, we fully understand. We are grateful that you wanted to be part of it at all.
But we want to be honest. Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, it will be reviewed whether insolvency is unavoidable. Only after that can refunds be processed. In the event of insolvency, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all refunds will be possible in full.
No one can take away the community and thirty years of shared history and memories. This place belongs to all of us. And we want it to stay that way.
If Waldfrieden has a future, we will show our gratitude to everyone who has waived their refund fully or partly. With discounts, free entry to parties, or other small gestures of thanks. We will not forget who stood by us.
