Meet Fembitious, Maartje Aarts!

Our club member and alumni of the first edition. Maartje has worked in innovative education and for the Dutch government and for that, lived in Asia for some years. She was the president of Platform Global Goals Oss for many years and without saying, she is very passionate about the SDG Goals of the UN. To implement the goals together with many on the local community level. Therefore, she has been a consultant regarding the goals to the municipality of Deurne. At Fembitious she wants to know how to invest sustainable and ethical. She finds it important that we as a society empower companies that do not only look at profits but also look at what the long term impact is.

Maartje is such an inspiring leader and a true Fembitious lady!

So so excited!!
New projects coming up!

The Fembitious & YWCA.NL having a nice meeting about future development of the project, new ideas etc.
Somehow we got to talk about men and one of us said, “never forget man are humans too”
That was an impressive statement and gave us a big 😂
Ofcourse what was meant was ‘men can also feel insecure, shy and intimidated’, but it came out really funny!

We are proud to introduce to you our sister, Veronique van Trirum, as a member of Fembitious!

After Veronique got her graduate law degree at the Vrije University of Amsterdam, she worked as the director secretary at ‘Woongroep Holland’ and currently she is active as the board secretary at ‘Woningstichting Eigen Haard’. Hereby she is responsible for the communication and legal department. Next to that, she is also a board member of YWCA The Netherlands!

She joined Fembitious with her two daughters intending to understand how the stock market works and how to invest in it. She also finds it very important that women are financially independent and that is why she joined the club.

We are very blessed to have Veronique in our club.

Keep an eye on Fembitious.Club because soon we will introduce Veronique’s two lovely daughters too!

We had a very inspiring get-together virtual meeting where all the clubs gave a presentation about their portfolios. We are now at the stage where we are getting all the portfolios ready. Can't wait to show you all what we have come up with!
