Holding a Guinness World Record for the Tightest 360° Spin forced me to understand every tiny detail behind the maneuver.

A perfect 360 is about understanding the details that go into it:
• When to lift off the throttle or using the brake
• How much steering angle to use & when.
• How much energy is actually needed.
• And how to control the car all the way.

I’d love to dive deep into it with you… but without the right driving fundamentals, the explanation alone won’t make it work.

Manchmal braucht es gar nicht viele Worte.

Ein paar Minuten auf dem Beifahrersitz.
Ein paar kontrollierte Drifts.
Und plötzlich wird aus Anspannung pures Lachen. 😄

Genau das macht diese Momente für mich so besonders. Nicht nur das Auto oder die Technik – sondern die Reaktion danach.

Jede Mitfahrt ist anders.
Aber das Grinsen am Ende ist fast immer das Gleiche.🤩

POV: When do you actually pull the handbrake while drifting? 🤔

Earlier than most people think - but it’s not as simple as just yanking it. Timing, vision, steering angle, and sometimes even clutch control all have to work together. Just pulling the handbrake won’t make the car slide in a controlled way.

So, when would you pull it? Before turning in, during turn-in, or after you’ve already turned in?

25 Jahre Wiesmann Club – was für ein besonderes Wochenende! 🏁

Ich hatte die Ehre, beim 25-jährigen Jubiläum des Wiesmann Clubs dabei zu sein und auf dem Werksgelände mit einem Wiesmann MF3 (360 BMW M3 PS) Stunt-Taxifahrten anzubieten.

Die strahlenden Gesichter nach jeder Mitfahrt sprechen für sich. Genau diese Emotionen und unvergesslichen Momente sind der Grund, warum ich liebe, was ich tue.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an alle Gäste, die mitgefahren sind und diesen Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben.

Mein besonderer Dank gilt außerdem den Mechanikern, die den Wiesmann perfekt vorbereitet haben, sowie dem gesamten Clubvorstand für das Vertrauen und die Möglichkeit, Teil dieses großartigen Jubiläums zu sein.

Auf viele weitere gemeinsame Momente voller Fahrspaß, Leidenschaft und Begeisterung! 🦎💚

On July 4th, I’ll be joining the Wiesmann Club at the Wiesmann factory and will have the chance to experience a very special machine.

Powered by the legendary BMW E46 M3 straight-six with an airbox setup, this Wiesmann delivers around 360 hp and the unmistakable soundtrack many enthusiasts associate with the iconic M3 CSL.

Rear-wheel drive, limited-slip differential and—of course—a hydraulic handbrake.

Getting the car ready took a little extra effort. The handbrake cylinder had been contaminated internally and couldn’t be saved, so it had to be replaced. After that, everything worked exactly as intended.

What I’m most looking forward to is exploring the car’s character on the factory grounds in a controlled environment and seeing what it can really do for all the Guest attending.

From behind the wheel, one question keeps coming to mind:

Why has a Wiesmann never appeared in a James Bond movie? Or did it?🤔

The proportions, the sound, the performance and the timeless design seem perfectly suited to the role.

Exclusive Onboard Einblicke für OUT OF PATTERN

Für die Parkhaus-Szenen dieser Kampagne durfte ich die Fahraufnahmen im Parkhaus mit dem Nissan Skyline GT-R umsetzen.

Die Herausforderung: wenig Platz, ein enges Zeitfenster und nur wenige Versuche. Genau die Art von Situationen, in denen Präzision und Car Control entscheidend sind.

Zum Einsatz kam dabei ein Nissan Skyline GT-R-R34, offiziell mit 280 PS angegeben und bis heute eine Ikone der japanischen Sportwagenwelt.
