Hi BBQ-Friends, have you ever heard about “sticky toffee pudding”? It is a specialty in the UK 🇬🇧 and now we have it this weekend. It’s a really moist cake with lots of dates inside and on top with toasted pecans and homemade toffee sauce and you need to eat that warm delicious cake 🥧 with a scoop of bourbon vanilla ice cream 🍨
