GOODBOY - How it all started back in 2018! In our restaurant in Edinburgh I wanted to start a special with a Chilean Hot Dog called Completo. Wanted to find a special name for the once in a week special and connected hot dog to Goodboy and the concept was born and grew to what we now deliver. It will continue growing and shape! My lovely brainchild ❤️

BREAKFAST BURRITO - Chipotle Smokey Sausage Mince, Garlic Rice, Chilli Tomato Salsa, Elote Cheese Sauce (Mais, Mayo, Lime, Chili, Cheese), Scrambled Eggs, Double Tortilla.

What a fantastic way to start your day, a bit of heat, loads of flavour and a full belly! Great idea to make Elote into a sauce, normally all the ingredients are on a corn on the cob, but it worked great to give a creaminess to the full burrito!

MAIALI A LETTO - Salciccia wit Fennel, Neapolitan Dough, Creamy Broccoli and Parmesan Purée, Grated Cheese

A take on Salciccia e Friarielli made into a Toad in a Hole style bite size Bar Snack. Worked really well, the juices from the sausage went into the broccoli Purée and all was just amazing together! Baked perfectly in my lovely .de Dome Pizza Oven!

Lox & Eggs - Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese with Dill, Red Onions, Capers, Black Pepper, Deviled Eggs Slices (Egg yolk removed and mixed with Mayo, Horseradish and Chilli Powder), Gherkins, Parley on Toasted Ciabatta

A take on the classic Lox Bagel with additions of the delicious Deviled Eggs. Super nice creamy yet crunchy sandwich!

SILK ROAD - Baharat Marinated Oven Roasted Turkey, Hummus with Brinjal Chutney, Rice Vinegar Pickled Red Onions, Za’atar Marinated Carrot Slaw, Pomegranate Dressing on Ciabatta

Inspired by the merchants travels through the Silk Road. Flavours from North Africa through to Indochina. Super fun sandwich to make and research for flavours that would work together. It was phenomenal!

CUBANO SANDWICH - Slow Cooked Pork marinated in Mojo (orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin and seasoning), Cooked Ham, Swiss Cheese, Gherkins, Mustard on a Toasted Ciabatta.

Normally press toasted which I also did but looks pretty like this! Probably one of the best sandwiches of the world! Sideshow Bob for size comparison and cutting help.

CORNDOG FLATBOY

Pan fried Fleischkäse dipped in Corndog Batter then deep fried, Kaiser Roll, Curry Mustard Mayo, Spicy Tomato & Paprika Ketchup.

Been playing with the idea of creating different fillings for the awesome German Fleischkäse Wecken Roll. It’s delicious in its simple serve, but I think treating it like a filled Hot Dog/ Burger and adding fun adaptations from around the world can definitely improve and make it more fun. So expect some more FLATBOYS soon!

Gebratener Fleischkäse, in Corndog-Teig getaucht und dann frittiert, Kaiserbrötchen, Curry-Senf-Mayonnaise, würzige Tomaten und Paprika-Ketchup.

Ich habe mit dem Gedanken gespielt, verschiedene Füllungen für das tolle deutsche Fleischkäse-Wecken-Brötchen zu kreieren.
Es ist köstlich, wenn man es einfach serviert, aber ich denke, es wie ein gefüllter Hot Dog/Burger zu behandeln und lustige Adaptionen aus der ganzen Welt hinzuzufügen, kann es definitiv verbessern und unterhaltsamer machen.
Erwarten Sie also bald mehr FLATBOYS!
