Phara spins an intricate, contemporary take on techno while never losing touch with the genre’s essence. Influenced by the pioneering sounds of Detroit, Berlin and the UK, as well as post-punk, wave, EBM and electro, he makes compelling, highly personal tracks that ooze energy.

He plays vinyl-only sets that navigate an intersection of fast rhythms, industrial atmospheres and dubbed-out pulses, backed by a collection of stone-cold classics. His venturesome spirit, understanding of dancefloor dynamics and pin-accurate mixing skills landed him a well-traveled booking schedule and a resident spot at Fuse, his hometown Brussels‘ legendary techno venue.

On the main floor, we welcome Fuse resident , who has been at the forefront of the Belgian techno scene since 2016. Phara spins an intricate, contemporary take on techno while never losing touch with the genre’s essence.
His productions and vinyl-only approach to DJ sets move through fast rhythms, industrial atmospheres and dubbed-out pulses, backed by a selection of stone-cold classics. Shaped by years of digging and playing records, his sets are known for their energy, precision and deep connection to the dancefloor, making this booking a perfect fit for schick.standort and a rare moment for Münster’s dancefloors.

We’re ready to start back into club season with another edition of our schick.staffellauf — bringing together most of our residents for a round of signature schick.standort sound with some surprises thrown in the mix.

Over the last few years, we have spent hundreds of nights and days together as a group of friends playing music. Whether regular get-togethers, private parties or afterhours — the turntables were usually present and played in rotation. During these gatherings, the most diverse and unexpected combinations of DJs, musical styles and approaches have clashed and come together.

Once again, we will now bring this routine to the dance floor at our home base .

Look forward to a night in which unexpected things can be expected, where new fusions can emerge and a progression of sound with each b2b-change is bound to happen.

Pileta is a resident of .koeln. She has been DJing for a while now and likes to create a driving sound incorporating dreamy but uplifting elements and a variety of genres; sometimes they fit each other, sometimes they don’t. For her, that’s the magic, flowing with the music and the people around you.

Coming from a background of dance, she also discovers the more emotional and sentimental side of electronic music. Recently, she has been enjoying a spacious, dubby sound with classic techno influences.

ABS8LUTE is a French DJ and music activist known for her hypnotic and percussive techno style. She draws from her Caribbean heritage the ability to create a unique multi-layered primitive atmosphere with irresistible groove that won’t give the dancers any rest.

Her influence extends beyond the clubs as she is a
strong advocate for the representation of women and minorities in electronic music. She founded the Vénus Club, a feminist collective promoting FLINTA DJs and gives DJ workshops to empower marginalized communities. She is also one of the Artistic Directors of forward-thinking Parisian collective Kluster.

Her distinctive rhythmic approach has secured her a place on impressive line-ups as well as regular appearances at notorious Berghain.
