Join us for a long weekend dedicated to refining technique, building solid foundations, and unlocking new skills.

Your teachers:

We’ll focus on drills, progressions, spotting, and work towards standing dynamics, mono foot to hands, one arms, and more.

Prerequisites:
• Standing F2H tempos
• Standing H2H squats

👥 Register as a duo (solo registrations go on the waiting list for partner matching).

👫 Max. 32 participants!

Beyond the training, expect plenty of time for jamming, connecting, and enjoying the beautiful garden and surroundings. 🌿🤸

This long weekend is for intermediate - experienced standing acrobats who want to deepen their practice, refine technique, and expand their skill vocabulary.

First we want to build a strong foundation:
- Cleaning up foundations + drills
- Progressions
- Spotting techniques

For six days, we will train in a supportive and personalized environment, meeting you where you are and helping you move forward step by step, guided by internationally renowned teachers.
