It's the year of the fire horse! A year with special meaning for me and Nia - Anniann - Ann Christiansen. So she inspired me to create my yearly present to the Nia community with the fire horse in mind.
55 minutes to make you move, smiling and energized.

It will premiere next week in Ann's brown belt in Hamburg, Germany and be released for your enjoyment Saturday, 25.07.26, 1 pm MEST on my Mixcloud account:

One my favorite ways to seduce dancers to get lost in the music and in the dance is by creating loooooong musical journeys.
From time to time I have the opportunity to do this in Hamburg's barefeet dance temple, the shoeloose - dance free & ecstatically.

For all lovers of highly danceable and eclectic music I just released a 4,5 hours long mix from one very special night.
Just skip somewhere in the mix or listen to it from beginning to end and let your self, body and mind be surprised and the endorphines flow.

A journey that seduces mind and body to express your feelings and sensations from toe to head. All is allowed - the eclectic music selection to make your endorphines go freaking loose and your mind to become still. Recorded and played live , Hamburg, Germany.

And here it is - a moving companion to this thing called life with all atht it contains (including typos😄). Enjoy!✌️

Losses, shake-up's, confusion, fear are substantial elements of human life - so are hope, stillness, comfort and love. Let's work on balancing these elements and focus on our ability to adapt, continue and grow. If you like to use this mix in your Nia class, I would be delighted if you leave a like....

Neuer Mix online.
Michael Jackson as you never heard him before. And deep. And ecstatic. And joyful. And loving.

Quite ecstatic if I may say so :-)

And here we go! #21 is finally here.

In the center of the center there's a light never ends. As does our dance on earth. Here are some tunes to accompany this always new journey. Hope it'll make you wanna dance and shine!

Premiered in Nia - Anniann - Ann Christiansen Nia Brown Belt Workshop July 31st, 2024.
