With the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) now officially in effect in Germany (since 28 June 2025), the urgency is real. For online print companies, this isn’t just a compliance issue. Social media is no longer optional. For print companies aiming to stay relevant and visible, it's essential. At , Rick Azas and Florian Hommeyer showed how emotional storytelling, relevance, and community-building create a competitive edge – even in B2B.

According to Hommeyer, “90 percent of decisions are made on an emotional basis. And yet companies allocate 90 percent of their marketing budget to classic statements such as ‘best price’ or ‘only 5 left’. From a purely entrepreneurial point of view, it is a stupid decision to spend 90 percent of your budget to reach 10 percent of the market. Why not spend that 90 percent on 90 percent of the market?”.
