SAVE THE DATE

Finding this teamwork impressive? How about 99 pianists celebrating - and being celebrated - on one stage?

Piano City Einbeck invites every piano fan to join us on November 29 for an unforgettable 10th anniversary celebration of FEUERWERK! More than 50 of our brilliant alumni will arrive to perform live onstage, while those who can’t be with us in person will join online or through pre-recorded video surprises. Settle in for 10 hours of music, extraordinary talent, friendship, and emotion.

And that’s not all! On November 28, teams of four pianists will visit different venues across Lower Saxony, performing more than 10 simultaneous recitals.

FIRST EVENING RECITAL in Einbeck smelled like hers and hops, as we were performing at an actual b**r factory. Did it result in more relaxed interpretations? Not really - the audience’s cheers sent the energy through the roof. Thanks to Einbecker Brauhaus for the wonderful hospitality, and to David Silesu for the beautiful pictures!

Tonight - next recital at the Prinzenpalais Wolfenbüttel!

CHILDREN’S CONCERT smelled like waffles and managed to bring together three generations of piano fans for a fun and interactive journey through musical experiences. Our listeners played dancers, bakers, builders, and clockmakers. They added bells to Debussy’s Pagodas and created their own picturesque interpretations of Grieg’s Wedding Day in Troldhaugen. Great teamwork from our magnificent eleven!
