Mtrc ist seit über 20 Jahren fester Bestandteil der elektronischen Musikszene in Dresden. Unter seinem früheren Pseudonym Metric lieferte er dank unermüdlichem Einsatz und dem Vertrauen von Urge To Move direkten Support für international bekannte Headliner wie DC Breaks, Teddy Killerz, Macky Gee, State of Mind und Dimension.

Gemeinsam mit seinem Auflegepartner Andy Chops moderierte er sechs Jahre lang eine Drum & Bass Radiosendung im freien Radio Dresden – ein Format, das derzeit wieder eine kleine Renaissance erlebt und vielen lokalen Artists eine Plattform bot.

Seit Anfang 2020 ist Mtrc gemeinsam mit Trozy, Scurrow und DjayD! Teil des Projekts MTS!, das sich durch eine besondere Mischung aus Deepness und Dancefloor-Energie auszeichnet.

Nach über zwei Jahrzehnten Cluberfahrung entschied sich Mtrc zu einer namentlichen Neuausrichtung. Seitdem legt er noch größeren Wert auf konzeptionelle Sets, eine durchdachte Selection und den Anspruch, jedem Event einen echten Mehrwert zu geben.
Langjährige Erfahrung, eine upfronte Selection und schnelles, präzises Mixing sind inzwischen untrennbar mit seinem Stil verbunden.

Mtrc has been part of Dresden’s electronic music scene for more than two decades. Under his former alias Metric, he supported international headliners such as DC Breaks, Teddy Killerz, Macky Gee, State of Mind and Dimension, thanks to his relentless dedication and the trust of Urge To Move.

Together with Andy Chops, he hosted a Drum & Bass radio show on Dresden’s free radio for six years – a platform for the local scene that is currently seeing a revival.

Since 2020, Mtrc has been part of MTS! alongside Trozy, Scurrow and DjayD!, a project known for blending deep atmospheres with dancefloor energy.

After more than 20 years of club experience, Mtrc refined his artist identity and now focuses even more on conceptual sets, carefully curated selections and delivering real value to every event he plays.
