Logistics Assistant – Occasional Basis – Coffee Catering (Berlin)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to support our team on a freelance or contract basis for occasional events.

Responsibilities

- Prepare equipment for events
- Transport equipment (with our vehicule)
- Set up and test machines on site
- Dismantle and return equipment to storage

Profile

- Based in Berlin
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Flexible availability (some days off, some full days)
- Friendly, professional, and client-oriented
- Organized and independent

Barista or coffee experience is a plus, but not required.

Conditions

- Freelance or contract possible
- Occasional work (not full-time)
- Suitable as a side activity

Job Title:
Operational Coffee Catering Manager

Who We Are:
Garçon de Café has been delivering premium, reliable coffee catering with an authentic barista experience since 2014. We primarily serve professional clients in Berlin, but also operate across other cities in Germany.

Your Role:
As our Operational Coffee Catering Manager, you will be the backbone of our event service. Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing and checking coffee equipment before events.
- Transporting equipment to event locations.
- Setting up and dismantling the coffee stations.
- Serving as a barista at some events.
- Organizing storage and inventory.
- Performing other diverse tasks related to our coffee catering and coffee shop operations.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Independent and proactive.
- Flexible with tasks and schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Basic to advanced latte art skills.
- German at least at intermediate level.
