That’s why Véronique Dussault joins the Summit as a facilitator, helping teams with different expertise work through ideas in a structured way. The format is built around real collaboration between creatives, technology companies, and clients working in the same room to shape ideas into actual concepts.
Véronique is a Creative Director with extensive experience across Cirque du Soleil, 45 Degrees, C2 International, and large-scale global events. Her work focuses on human-centered experience design and the structuring of creative processes – combining methodology, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of audiences.

We’re starting to introduce the people behind EVERSEE. And of course, we begin with the founder of the company.
EVERSEE is founded by Artyom Badalyan, a creative producer with 30+ years in live entertainment and show production. His background spans collaborations with Cirque du Soleil and Dragone, and over 100 productions across 15 countries from touring shows to large-scale brand events for companies like Mercedes-Benz, IBM, and DHL.
The idea behind EVERSEE didn’t appear overnight. Back in 2015, Artyom launched “Show Your Show”, a forum designed to bring together the people who create shows and the people who build the tools. Over the years, it evolved into what is now EVERSEE Creative Summit, with editions across Europe and participants ranging from global production leaders to pioneers of immersive and live experiences.
At the core is a simple focus: bridging creative vision and technology early enough for something new and great to emerge.
