AI is evolving quickly, and so is the way K.I.T. Group is learning to work with it.
Our approach is not simply to introduce a new tool and expect everyone to figure it out. We are building a culture of continuous learning, with regular knowledge exchange sessions where colleagues share experiences, discuss practical use cases, and explore how AI can support the way we work.
As more employees gain access to AI tools, the conversation is becoming less about the technology itself and more about solving everyday challenges. Where can AI save time? Which repetitive tasks can it help streamline? How can it free us to focus on the work that benefits most from human expertise?
At the same time, we are conscious of the broader impact of AI. This includes considering its environmental footprint, using it responsibly, and ensuring our teams are properly trained to use these tools effectively. By improving how we prompt and interact with AI, we can make our usage more efficient and more meaningful.
One example is meeting notes. Instead of spending valuable time organising discussions and identifying action points, AI can help create clear summaries, highlight key decisions, and capture next steps, allowing teams to focus on moving projects forward.
We are also exploring how AI can support content drafting, organise large volumes of information, assist with research, and simplify routine administrative tasks. None of this replaces the expertise, creativity, or judgement of our teams. Instead, it gives us more time to focus on our clients, our partners, and delivering exceptional conferences and events.
What practical ways has AI helped your team work more efficiently?
