From his years with the European Society of Cardiology to managing international congresses across the globe, he has consistently demonstrated outstanding project management skills, a collaborative spirit, and a strong commitment to our industry.

Group, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and its potential to shape the future of meetings and events. In an unpredictable world, stability matters.

Congress decisions are often made years before delegates ever arrive. And in a world where political, economic and geopolitical circumstances can change quickly, the question of where to meet is becoming about much more than venues, accessibility and hotel capacity.

It is increasingly also about confidence.

Our K.I.T. Group Switzerland colleagues recently contributed their perspective to “Geneva: A Destination That Innovates for Associations and PCOs,” published in IAPCO’s "The PCO" magazine.

One observation particularly resonated with us:
“In a world where everything is unpredictable, associations want to limit risk and are looking for stability.”

It is something we are encountering increasingly. When associations are considering destinations several years into the future, the wider environment surrounding an event is becoming an increasingly important part of the conversation.

Geneva offers a compelling example: political stability, an established event infrastructure and a safe environment, alongside an extraordinary concentration of international organisations, scientific institutions and expertise.

At the same time, what associations expect from their PCO is evolving as well. Flawless logistics remain fundamental, but clients are increasingly looking for more: strategic advice, risk management, stronger engagement, measurable value and lasting impact.

For us at K.I.T. Group, that means being beside our clients not only when it comes to delivering their congress, but also when they are making the decisions that will shape it years before it takes place.

Because choosing a destination is not only about where you want to meet.

Increasingly, it is about where you can plan with confidence.

More than 20,000 registered delegates make for a busy congress.
Behind the scenes, there is a lot happening to make sure their experience feels anything but complicated.

At this year's ERS Congress, 15 K.I.T. Group colleagues worked on-site and remotely alongside the European Respiratory Society Team.
Together, we managed entrance control throughout the five congress days, with almost 320,000 scans recorded. We also provided lead retrieval solutions for industry partners to support their booth activities and symposia.

Those are impressive numbers, but they are only part of the story.

What we particularly value is the way our teams work together. Our colleagues are closely integrated into the ERS operational team, sharing responsibilities, solving challenges together, and focusing on the same goal: making the congress work for everyone taking part.

That kind of partnership is something we are very proud of.

1,300 participants. Two hours. Five printing terminals.

That was the challenge facing our on-site registration team on the opening morning of in Geneva.

When a large international conference opens its doors, registration suddenly becomes much more than a desk at the entrance. It’s where months of preparation meet hundreds, sometimes thousands, of attendees arriving at once.

For the 25th European Conference for Computational Biology, our team supported the registration experience for around 1,800 participants, from printing butterfly badges to managing five self-service printing terminals and helping keep attendee flow moving during the busiest arrival periods.

And on that first morning, things got busy fast: around 1,300 participants needed to check in within just two hours.

That’s where technology matters. But so do preparation, clear processes and an experienced team that can react quickly when the unexpected happens.

Because for attendees, registration isn't a backstage operation.
It is their first experience of the event.

A big thank you to the entire team for bringing exactly that combination of energy, flexibility and professionalism to Geneva.

This year's FENS Forum in Barcelona brought together over 8,000 neuroscientists from 88 countries, featuring over 5,000 poster presentations. Being part of organising FENS Forum 2026 was truly an honour.

Behind the scenes, the K.I.T. Group Team worked tirelessly to bring dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail to every part of this event.

What happens over those days is the result of months of planning, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Greetings from Valencia!

The K.I.T. Group Team is on-site for the XXVII Biennial Meeting of the International Society for Eye Research (ISER 2026) at the Palacio de Congresos de Valencia.

Around 1,200 delegates from across the international eye research community have come together for an exciting few days of science, collaboration and exchange.

With the congress in full swing, everything is running smoothly. And our team is at the heart of it, coordinating the many moving parts behind the scenes and helping create a seamless experience for delegates, speakers and partners.

It is great to see months of preparation come to life and to experience the energy of the ISER community here in Valencia.

Some milestones deserve a moment to reflect.

We were in Rio de Janeiro with the International AIDS Society (IAS), supporting AIDS 2026 by delivering Accommodation and Registration services for this important global HIV conference.

For K.I.T. Group, this edition is especially meaningful.
2026 marks 20+ years of partnership with the IAS, supporting its conferences and the global HIV community.

There is another reason this feels like coming full circle.
Back in 2005, our team was already on the ground in Rio de Janeiro, supporting the IAS. Twenty-one years later, we're back where this remarkable journey began, working alongside our long-standing partners to prepare for another milestone event.

The AIDS conference regularly brings together up to 10,000 researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, community leaders, and advocates from around the world. Under the 2026 theme, "Rethink. Rebuild. Rise.", the conference provided a platform for science, collaboration, and action at a pivotal moment for the global HIV response.

We are proud to be part of this journey and grateful for two decades of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose with the International AIDS Society.
