What an inspiring week in Lisbon!
K.I.T. Group and K.I.T. Group Switzerland are proud to have delivered the ISF World Seed Congress 2026, bringing together more than 1,800 delegates from 78 countries and over 900 organisations - a record-breaking global gathering.
In close partnership with the International Seed Federation, we supported a milestone moment with the election of Lorena Basso as ISF’s first woman President.
Beyond the numbers, Lisbon stood out for its energy, diversity, and collaboration. From complex logistics to meaningful networking environments, our team ensured a seamless and impactful experience throughout.
Thank you to ISF and the global seed community for their trust - delivering world-class congresses that shape resilient futures is what drives us at K.I.T. Group.

Everyone in the events industry is talking about AI. Fewer are putting it to work in ways that deliver measurable value.
At K.I.T. Group, we recently held an internal AI workshop to explore where this technology can genuinely enhance the congress and event experience, from personalised attendee journeys and real-time session summaries to smarter abstract management and post-event content repurposing.
A key part of the discussion focused on people: how we train our teams to use AI confidently, responsibly, and effectively, while keeping human judgement, creativity, and stakeholder relationships at the centre of what we do.
Just as importantly, we addressed the need to use AI in a way that respects GDPR, protects sensitive data, and upholds the trust our clients, partners, and participants place in us.
Our take: AI is a multiplier, not a replacement. The agencies and organisers who thrive will be those who combine technological fluency with deep sector expertise.
Where has AI delivered real value in your events?

This World Environment Day, we are reflecting on what sustainability really means in event organisation.

As an ISO 20121-certified PCO, reducing our environmental impact isn't an afterthought, it is built into how we work. Our Project Managers carry this mindset every step of the way.

That means concrete actions: less printing, smarter food and waste management. But it also means something bigger: involving every stakeholder from the very beginning, so sustainability is shared, not imposed.

We put this into practice throughout the preparation and roll-out of the IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025, and we are proud that it earned K.I.T. Group the IAPCO Sustainability Award.

Lasting impact starts with how an event is built, not just what is left behind.

Ready to take your event to the next level? Get in touch with our experts and let's make your next event more sustainable, together.

Thank you to everyone who made the 22nd ESSKA Congress 2026 in Prague such a success!

Bringing together more than 5,000 orthopaedic and sports medicine experts from around the globe is no small feat. As the official Professional Congress Organiser, the K.I.T. Group team is incredibly proud to have managed all aspects that brought this biennial highlight to life.
Our deepest gratitude goes to ESSKA - European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy for their continued trust, and to all the delegates, faculty, and industry partners who joined us.
Where history inspired science, your energy made it unforgettable.

Thank you and see you in Gothenburg in 2028!

ESMO Breast Cancer Congress 2026
From 6-8 May 2026, Berlin's Hub27 hosted the ESMO Breast Cancer Congress, bringing together approximately 3,700 healthcare professionals from across the globe.
Our K.I.T. Group team, Denise Romanelli, Miriam Sellier and Yi-Ting Tsai, were on the ground ensuring seamless logistics, managing hotel accommodation and shuttle bus operations for delegates throughout the event.
Supporting events that push the boundaries of medical research is at the very heart of what we do at K.I.T. Group. Thank you to the ESMO team and to everyone who made this congress such a success.

More than 4,400 participants have come together at Estrel Berlin for the 114th BiblioCon under the motto “Analog meets Algorithm.”

Across 22 parallel sessions and lab rooms, more than 500 talks are exploring topics ranging from AI to the future of libraries and media centres, proving that today’s librarians are discussing prompts almost as much as books.

With 106 exhibition booths across more than 2,000 sqm, live streaming from three rooms simultaneously, and the support of around 100 volunteers, BiblioCon 2026 is already demonstrating the scale, energy, and community spirit behind this remarkable event.

Events like BiblioCon 2026 demonstrate the power of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the communities that drive progress forward.
