She´s a DJ producer based between Berlin, Paris & Lyon. Her musical accents are diverse and a hybrid blend due to her mixed international background – some Italian origins, some time spent living in Istanbul and few relatives from all over of the world.

Major Town’s curiosity and passion for music has introduced her to a wide range of sounds from Detroit techno to Eastern countries’ darker influences. Some oriental, psychedelic, acid and minimal hints are also among the sounds she enjoys.

She uses aerial voices and dark oniric sounds too, mixed alongside deep bass and big kicks. Major Town turns her podcasts and productions into a travel through time and space, digging into techno and acid classics (Juan Atkins, Robert Hood, Jeroen Search, Ellen Allien, Dustin Zahn, Miss Kittin, The Hacker…) but also into the younger talented scene (Yan Cook, Kuss, Setaoc Mass, Shlømo, Calling Marian, Schwefelgelb etc).

While Major Town has only been curating music for a few years now, her hunger and passion have been the catalyst to start working on her own productions and then, DJing. While her debut EP is in its final stages and to be launched in 2020, she has already released one track, B.T.L (Back To Life) available on her Soundcloud page - and in the meantime, she supports a young French label called RHYTHMS & Rive Droite Records Paris. Thus far RHYTHMS has already organized 3 very successful parties in the famous Parisian venues such as Badaboum, Le Nouveau Casino and a hype secret place. More parties, sets and productions are incoming! Finally Major Town manages P.H.O.R.S a Techno Label based in Lyon and partner with the Spanish Acid Techno producer Ziel with which she has created Come Home, a Berlin-based Techno & Acid Techno label that gets back to the roots of the movement, space of tolerance that promotes diversity & minorities. Currently working on a crowdfunding campaign, all benefits of Ziel’s Vynils will be given to Autopoiesis, the LGBT event promoters’ association that broadcast podcast series for trans/ciswoman djs & producers. Beyond the love of techno music, Come home has been created to tackle any kind of sexism, racism and any bu****it of the kind. Everybody is welcome home.
