MDM8 aka Michael Burgeron grew up in the mountainous and isolated area of southern Vermont, USA. Having lacked the opportunity to experience different aspects of nightlife music and culture, his relocation to Germany brought with it many discoveries. Following a five month period of frequent visits to Berlin clubs, his newfound interest in techno became so strong that participation as a DJ was the obvious next step. Debuting in clubs and events around East Germany, MDM8's style has developed from an ethereal deep house sound, to the potent, driving techno which he employs today. His sets focus on rumbling bass patterns, melodic synth loops, propelling high-hats and tension-building breaks, all combined to provide continuous energy output on the dance floor.
