Next up on the journey: Modex 🌀

A true vinyl purist and long-time explorer of electronic music’s deeper layers, Modex brings a sound shaped by the golden era of the ‘90s — where progressive house, techno and trance merge with a timeless touch.

He’s released music on respected labels like Gestalt Records and Neptune Discs, and runs his own projects: Foundation and Ākāśa Studio, a creative space he shares with his brother. A purist when it comes to performance, modex is a dedicated vinyl DJ, believing that the format is crucial to the authentic delivery of his craft. He spent five years immersed in the vibrant electronic music scene of Berlin, refining his skills and organising parties that contributed to the city’s rich nightlife.

After this journey immersed in Berlin’s club scene, Modex found a new rhythm in the north of Sardinia, where he co-founded “Ākāśa”, a permaculture farm and holistic project — a place where nature and sound meet, just like in his sets.

We’re excited to welcome him to our next gathering at the Ziecret location.

A night of communion, movement and magnetic frequencies.

We’re joining forces for the very first time to craft a collective experience at one of Berlin’s most iconic dancefloors: Crack Bellmer.
On Friday, July 4th, from 22:00 till sunrise, we invite you to lose yourself in rhythm, connection, and dance.

Two crews, one vibe. 🍬👽
Expect a sonic journey with flavours from all across the underground spectrum — deep, groovy, raw and real.

Line-up:

👽🍬 - Josefina Tapia — Born in Chile and echoed through Berlin. Former resident at SASH Club during the 2024 summer season and guest at spots like Club der Visionaere, Renate and Golden Gate, among others. You can catch one of her last live recordings on HÖR BERLIN.

🍬👽 - Rafon — French selector and member of Ordinateuf, under Risky Bookings agency. Known for his hypnotic and equilibrated sets at Plötzensee, Club der Visionaere, La Péniche Cinéma, Hoppetosse and more.

👽🍬 - Gustavo — Schlau’s soul. No further words are needed.

🍬👽 - Otazzu — Sweet Meet’s essence. You already know.

As we said, we are back again after an inactivity period.

We missed you all so much and, in this case, we want to welcome our new podcast series with Catania.

The recipe: Some Housy and Techy sounds wrapped up in happy vibes. Definitely, a sweet menu that encourages slow dancing.

Our first pastry chef in our podcast series is Catania, a Gibraltar based music selector, co-founder and resident DJ of Volume and .gi.
