While still buzzing from past Friday’s event, we want to take the opportunity to present the work of Palina Kasino. The Leipzig based artist is the creative mind behind all artworks of our events and we absolutely love what she does! Make sure to check out her profile if you haven’t done so yet 🖤

It is on! Treibsand returns to Beate Uwe tonight with the amazing .faber and .krooss 🥳

The event will be 2G+, so please come vaccinated and tested to create a safe space for everyone! ♥️

Kon Faber will get the groove going with a live set full of new tunes from 23-01, followed by Thor Rixon‘s otherworldly live set turning the room upside down 🙃 Next up is Fabian Krooss who will bring the Zanzibarian sun and vibe to Beate Uwe from 03-05 with lots of new music in his luggage! And last but not least Kat Davids will deliver a spectacular closing set, that we are sure of. I mean it’s her birthday today… 🎂🎉

Welcome to our Treibsand Episode No. 3! The hourglass has turned a few times since we last got together in our beloved Beate Uwe. All the more excited we are that it’s finally time again on March, 18th! Look forward to an energetic evening with finely selected live and DJ acts.

We are standing united, on and off the dancefloor and it is time to act. 50% of our profits will be donated to the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund (https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/ukraine-crisis-relief-fund/). Additional donations will possible at the venue. We appreciate your support!

⏳ Artist 4/4: Fabian Krooss b2b Kon Faber

This back 2 back was bound to happen rather sooner than later, not only because .krooss and .faber are close friends as well as the organizers of Treibsand, but also because of their shared love for groovy, bouncy and organic electronic music. They’ve also shared several in depth studio sessions with results to be expected in early 2022.

Stil vor Talent’s very own Fabian Krooss’ productions never fail to mesmerize their listeners. When he plays to a crowd, typically at places like Sisyphos or Wilde Möhre Festival, he intrinsically becomes the storyteller, weaving an authentic narrative while turning the room upside down. The live duo Kon Faber have created their own unique bouncy sound and can look back on a very successful year with numerous releases on labels like Kamai Music, Rebellion der Träumer and Souq.

Get ready for what they have in store for you tomorrow - Kon Fabi all the wayyy!

And remember to bring both a proof of vaccination and a negative covid test in order to join the event. Let’s stay safe together!

⏳Artist 3/4: Isabeau Fort

Change of plans! Ida Daugaard unfortunately won’t be able to come to us this Friday for health reasons. Instead the wonderful .fort is going to jump in behind the decks! We’ve been digging her sets for a few years now so we’re excited to have her on board! 👩‍✈️⚓️

The Beaufort scale is used in seafaring to measure wind speeds. Isabeau Fort grew up on the North Sea and her name defines the program: From the light breeze in the morning to rattling bass waves to the orcanic storm, she always knows exactly where the wind is blowing from. When you listen to her podcasts, you soon notice that she has a very special feeling for storytelling. Striking basslines and goose bumpy vocals dance tightly wrapped in a circle and whirl across the room again the next moment. Just like Isabeau's hair, because when she makes music, she also dances!

It‘s almost time, the next Treibsand is happening this Friiiidaaay! 🤍
This party will be a 2G+ Event, meaning entry will only be possible for vaccinated or recovered peeps who also show us a negative test result 🧪☑️

Good thing Covid tests are free of charge again, this way we can all feel a little safer on the dancefloor. See you there 🥳🎉

We’re really happy that after the successful debut, will once again display her beautiful art pieces at the venue. We really love the artworks that she created for this Friday’s coming event and we can’t wait to see what she has in store for us this time!

Just as Palina herself, the work she does is exceptionally unique: Abstract collages which show a blend of the natural and the digital, seeming dystopian, but always beautifully combining objects and colors that stimulate your fantasy and spark your curiosity.

⏳ Artist 1/4: Samaha

In just more than a week we finally get to celebrate the 2nd edition of Treibsand at our beloved . We’re more than thrilled that will come visit from Seattle (US) and play his first ever European show for us next Friday! We’ve loved his versatile and detail-rich productions as well as his DJ live streams with crazy visuals for a while now and can’t wait to see him play and finally meet him in person!

Currently working within the electronic veins of downtempo, deep house, and ambient, he is not limited by genre, and allows personal experience and a passion for exploration to fuel his craft. As a solo artist, he has grown exponentially, honing his sound into something unique. He released on labels like Days like Nights, Bar 25, Heimlich and Down, just to name a few.

Palina Kasino is the mastermind behind the Treibsand logo and artworks. We could not be more honored to exhibit her art which she has curated specifically for this occasion, she even created new art pieces that captures the artistic concept behind Treibsand.
