Today Erik is the Commercial Director of Stockholm Exergi’s CDR program. In this role he has been responsible for establishing the business model and commercial framework, incl.

securing the necessary revenues, that in 2025 allowed Exergi’s final investment decision for a commercial scale BECCS plant that will remove 800.000 tons biogenic CO2 p.a. starting 2028

MEET OUR SPEAKER!!!

We're delighted to have Ayoub HIRT, Director Platforms Development & Strategic Projects at IRESEN - Research Institute for Solar Energy and New Energies, as one of our distinguished speakers, with years of deep industry expertise.

Mr. Ayoub HIRT holds an Engineering Diploma in Chemistry and Processes/Industrial Process Engineering from Grenoble, France, and a Master of Business from Alpes University.

In 2012, Mr. HIRT began contributing to R&D projects, including COMPHOSOL2 (Fluid Mechanics) with the Institute of Analytical Sciences in Lyon, Athanor 3.0 (ICT & Waste Recovery) with E.D.F. in La Tronche, and CATHIMINY (PEMFuelCell) with C.E.A. in Grenoble.

In 2015, Mr. HIRT joined ENGIE in Paris as an Operating Engineer, where he was involved in a new project that reduced 20,000 tons of CO2 at a power plant through the integration of Bioenergy.

Mr. HIRT then worked in Germany as a Project Manager at Berkefeld/VWS in Celle until 2018, developing new technologies and projects in the energy, water treatment, food, chemical, and refining industries. Following this, he returned to Paris to work as a Manager in the Development department with Eurovent Certification.

Currently, as Director of Platforms Development and Strategic Projects at IRESEN (Research Institute for Solar Energy and New Energies), he has contributed to create new R&D centers and Pilot Plants, at the National and International level and establishing new partnerships with potential stakeholders in the Power-to-X field (Clean Hydrogen and Applications) and Energy transition (Bioenergy, Carbone Capture, Energy storage)...

Meet Our Speaker!

We are excited to welcome Stelios Dritsas, Designer and Producer of Climate Neutral Food Systems and Bioeconomy at Climate KIC, as he will be sharing his knowledge at the 5th Annual Agrivoltaics Europe.

Stelios Dritsas is Designer and Producer of Climate Neutral Food Systems and Bioeconomy at Climate-KIC.

With an academic background in agriculture, environmental policy, and climate studies, he has been involved on many European projects focused on agriculture, food systems, and biodiversity among other topics.

He is currently engaged in projects such as Climate Farm Demo, HarvRESt, and Bioeconomy GIANTS, where he explores how renewable energy sources can enhance farm resilience and explores ways of immobilizing every biomass stream for circular use among other things.

Stelios also contributes to the management of the pan-European farmers’ network Green Horizons.

She is also the founder of Karpos Trade Advisory, a consultancy specializing in sustainability and ESG strategy for international trade. Previously, she worked at the World Economic Forum, contributing to decarbonization initiatives including the First Movers Coalition, where she supported policy analysis, industry engagement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

MEET OUR SPEAKER!!!

We are honored to welcome Annika Kleine, Chief Market & Regulatory Officer at Baltic Cable, as one of the speakers in the 6th Annual Submarine Power Cable & Interconnection Forum.

Annika is Legal & Regulatory Director and member of the management team at the Interconnector TSO Baltic Cable AB, where she is responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory strategy, covering both the operation of the HVDC interconnector between Sweden and Germany and the expansion of the company’s asset portfolio.

She works closely with regulatory authorities, policymakers and the TSO community to support efficient cross-border electricity trading and alignment with European energy market frameworks.

Most recently, Annika has been involved in the company’s strategic expansion, including the acquisition of a minority stake in the Greenlink interconnector project.

Annika holds a law degree and has developed her career in the energy sector, with recent years focused on European regulatory matters and the legal dimensions of infrastructure development.

Prior to joining Baltic Cable, she held several roles in legal and regulatory affairs, gaining broad experience across the energy market landscape.
