Fréquence Polaire, a name inspired by the magnetic pull of opposites, is the alias of a French-born, Prague based DJ and producer. Influenced by indie dance, progressive house, and trance, he creates a sound that is both versatile and unique.

As an artist, Mehdi stood out to us from our community. Between his immersive live sets and cohesive productions, we are so happy to have him release his EP ‘Toing & Froing’ with us.

On February 7th our next release ‘Toing & Froing’ will be released on all digital platforms.

To celebrate, we will be hosting an album launch party at the iconic Cafe Nona. Going from 21:30 - 00:30, will be flexing off his upgraded live set before .garcon who will finish off the night.

Queen of the groove and local legend NCOL will be cooking up a very special B2B closing set with our darling Theo this Friday💖

NCOL’s deeply emotional and ecstasy laced sets are nothing short of perfect. Between her euphoric powers and Theo’s darker touch, this a B2B is set to be a perfect end to our event with HORS-SOL.

On September 27th, HORS-SOL will be lighting up the dance floor in one of Prague’s most loved hotboxes🫧

In a special addition of Soft Limits, we have teamed up with the Parisian collective to bring a new energy to Planeta Za & Pluto. Having been on our radar for some time, founders Jolly & Lastvuska greatly overlap with our ethos and we can’t wait to share the night with them.

Joining along for the ride is our local sweethearts NCOL, Sabzipolo and Tobleronchik, a musically diverse and spectacular bunch to have on the roster.

Wow guys that one was 🤯

We had an incredible night of tossing and turning, moving and grooving. You guys brought the energy and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. We are so proud of our team and lineup for creating one of the best events we have ever had, let alone on one of the hottest days of the summer.

From Subsism’s eclectic and innovate set, to Misha Jaru’s closing perfection, the music kept us going and inspired. It wouldn’t be complete without Ayiaa & Nazareno’s transformation of the space with one of the coolest disco balls we have ever seen.

One year down, 7 incredible events, and one massive Various Artists on its way. From the Soft Limits team, all we can say is thanks dor the ride, and see you soon🫧

Dropping here the Soft Limits program for this weekend👇

We got a big one coming up and it’s going to be nothing short of a 💥. It’s really a treat to be able to be surrounded by friends as well, the people who drive us, inspire us, and always support us.

On Saturday we will be starting the night with a short panel discussing the past year of Soft Limits, our work on our upcoming release, and what the future holds. It is 🫧free🫧 and would be beautiful to see you there!

Following up is massive program ranging from smooth jazz to pumping trance. It will be a musical journey to say the least.

On Sunday, we will be taking over Shella Radio for our monthly Soft Limits show with our good friend IRONBOARD and Soft Queen Theo. Subsism will also be playing his monthly show Memory Lake for the first time onsite. There will be a 50czk entrance as there will also be a food market🥙.

A busy weekend ahead indeed, but no better to say hello to another year of Soft Limits. Tickets are still up via the link in our bio💕.

🎉HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOFT LIMITS🎉

It’s hard to believe that we’ve only been going for one year. The memories and friends we have made along the way has left us utterly grateful, and we can’t wait to make countless more.

We couldn’t be happier than to celebrate with a rising star on the Prague scene, & to turn the space into magic once again, and .triiio a profoundly powerful jazz trio.

As a part of our One Year Anniversary on Saturday, we wanted to try something fresh🫧

Introducing Nikki Triiio, who will be performing one hour of original jazz, soul, and RnB for the opening of the night. We can’t wait to showcase them within the lineup, as we have never worked with a band of any variety before. Their talent and musical ingenuity will certainly speak for itself, don’t miss their incredible 1 hour set!

Nikki Triiiio will be entirely FREE for the audience, which will be followed up by a Soft Limits panel.

As a rare visioned and exploratory producer, Subsism has left a print of shock and awe amongst several musical communities. Resident of the renowned French label Everybody Trance and local soundbite club Shella Radio, Subsism’s influence is far reached and well heard.

On Aug 24th he will be taking the decks as the headliner for our next event. We can’t wait to showcase his skills in Prague after we’d made a connection with him some months ago. It’s been incredible to see his growth in and outside our circle, we hope you feel it too🫧.

On top of that, Subsism will be releasing on our upcoming VA with a deep bubbly banger. If you miss him on Saturday feel free to show up for his Shella show the following Sunday, the 25th.
