When you book your balloon decor with Vee Occasions, your 50% deposit secures your date and allows us to start planning and preparing your bespoke balloon design.

Every order is created specifically for your event. Your deposit covers the time involved in designing your display, ordering and reserving balloons and materials, preparing your colour palette, and ensuring we have everything needed to create your finished setup.

✨ Your date is not secured until the 50% deposit has been paid.

💕 WHY IS THE BALANCE DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE?

The final week before your event is when your order moves into its preparation stage. We need to purchase and allocate the correct balloons, prepare personalised elements, organise equipment, schedule our time and make sure everything is ready for delivery or collection.

Having the balance paid 7 days before your event means we can concentrate fully on creating your order and delivering the high-quality service you booked.

It also ensures that everything is confirmed in advance, avoiding last-minute changes or uncertainty.

Remaining 50% – due 7 days before delivery/collection

Ever wondered why balloon decor can vary in price from one setup to another? 🤔

There’s actually a lot more that goes into designing your perfect balloon display than simply adding up the number of balloons! 💕

When we create a quote, we take several things into consideration:

✨ Your vision – The style, colours, theme and overall look you want to achieve.

🎈 The size of the installation – A small garland is very different from a large organic garland, full backdrop or statement installation.

📏 The space – We need to consider the size and shape of the area, available wall space, ceiling height and where the decor will be positioned.

🎨 Colours & materials – Different colours, finishes and balloon sizes may be needed to create the right look. Chrome, metallic, matte, satin and speciality balloons can all affect the cost.

🧰 Equipment & materials – Our quotes also account for the frames, stands, backdrops, adhesives, tools and other materials required to safely create and install your display.

🚗 Delivery & setup – Time spent travelling to your venue, transporting equipment, setting everything up and ensuring it looks perfect all forms part of the service.

⏰ Time & preparation – Balloon decor can involve hours of preparation, balloon inflation, arranging, styling and installation — often well before we even arrive at your venue.

👩‍🎨 The design itself – Creating a beautiful balloon installation isn’t just about balloons. It involves planning, colour matching, proportion, positioning and styling to make sure everything comes together.

Every quote is tailored specifically to your event and the look you’re wanting to achieve. We don’t believe in a “one price fits all” approach because every event, venue and design is different.
