Below is the heart of winery where the second fermentation takes place as well as the bottling and labeling. Underground you will find our beautiful cellars where most of our red wines lay there to age up to 24 months in oak barrels. A true Family Day took place at our winery — a celebration filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments. ✨

There was something for everyone to enjoy. Children had a wonderful time taking part in fun activities and creative workshops, while adults relaxed, soaked in the beautiful scenery, and cherished quality time with their loved ones. Seeing families connect, create new memories, and simply enjoy the day together made this event truly special.

The first clusters. The first lesson in patience. 🍇

Just a few months ago, these vines were planted under the Cyprus sun. Today, they have already given us their very first grapes.

They look beautiful, but their journey ends here.

These young clusters will be removed, not because they are unwanted, but because the vine’s future is far more important than its first fruit. Every drop of energy must now go into strengthening the trunk, roots, and shoots, helping the vine build the foundation it will need for decades to come.

Great wine begins long before the first harvest. It begins with patience, discipline, and the willingness to sacrifice today for excellence tomorrow.

One day, these vines will tell their story through a glass of wine. For now, they continue to grow.
