Ex. Hadjiantonas winery A three storey building. On the third floor is the restaurant overlooking the grounds of the winery.

Below is the heart of winery where the second fermentation takes place as well as the bottling and labeling. Underground you will find our beautiful cellars where most of our red wines lay there to age up to 24 months in oak barrels. Hadjiantonas is a popular wedding venue for receptions of all sizes The winery is increasingly popular for family baptisms and other big celebrations as well as different corporate functions including conferences, gala dinners and now, team building activities

We knew from the beginning just how demanding this variety can be in our climate.

Every day brings new challenges. We learn, adapt and fight for every vine — without relying on constant chemical treatments or taking the easy way out.

Because we have a bigger vision.

To produce a limited amount of Pinot Noir of truly exceptional quality. A w**e worthy, one day, of standing alongside the great w**es and w**emakers that inspire us.

A true Family Day took place at our w**ery — a celebration filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments. ✨

There was something for everyone to enjoy. Children had a wonderful time taking part in fun activities and creative workshops, while adults relaxed, soaked in the beautiful scenery, and cherished quality time with their loved ones. Seeing families connect, create new memories, and simply enjoy the day together made this event truly special.

The first clusters. The first lesson in patience. 🍇

Just a few months ago, these vines were planted under the Cyprus sun. Today, they have already given us their very first grapes.

They look beautiful, but their journey ends here.

These young clusters will be removed, not because they are unwanted, but because the vine’s future is far more important than its first fruit. Every drop of energy must now go into strengthening the trunk, roots, and shoots, helping the vine build the foundation it will need for decades to come.

Great w**e begins long before the first harvest. It begins with patience, discipline, and the willingness to sacrifice today for excellence tomorrow.

One day, these vines will tell their story through a glass of w**e. For now, they continue to grow.
