Apologies from everyone at Cyprus meets Texas BBQ.

Firstly, thank you to all the loyal customers and friends who came down to Table One Sunday and showed patience and support throughout the day, unfortunately Cyprus meets Texas bbq didn’t deliver what’s expected.

I’ve taken a couple of days to post this because, honestly, it’s hard to put into words how disappointed I am with how the BBQ turned out. What started as a few unforeseen circumstances then quickly snowballed into one of those days where it’s just not going to be the one regardless…

Food being delayed by over an hour is simply not acceptable, and in the effort to recover service, things weren’t at my normal standard. That’s not the level I hold myself to, and it’s definitely not the experience I want people to leave with after supporting Texas BBQ.

That said, no excuses. We fell short, and for that I sincerely apologise.

All I can promise is that I’ll learn from it, improve from it, and make sure the next one reflects the standards people expect from Texas BBQ.
