We are taking booking for events, wedding, birthdays and also Christmas catering !

We have bespoke menus and I’ll be sending out our December menu and Christmas Day private dining menu soon on request!!

Binned off the fish and chip idea as someone does a ok one locally, but what about Friday night meat feast?

I don’t do pretty food I do food that smashes your tastebuds to bits 🔥

12hr brined and marinated brisket cooked over fire
Smoked polish sausage (amazing)
Half spatchcock beer chicken
My secret pulled pork explosion
Dirty bbq, spicy ribs 🔥
Smoked Cyprus potato
Zingy Asian slaw
Sexy mac n cheese with 5 cheeses

I can do more salad if required….

It’s what I do and I love this food!

Let me know if it’s worth it, all fresh on the day as I’ll be making it over night!

Added butters and sauces to baste when reheating plus my homemade pickle selection🤙🏻

We decide on a bespoke menu and how many courses etc

I’m very adaptable, full traditional English Christmas dinner, BBQ style Christmas dinner, fine dining style, buffet style or greedy platter style with just excessive amounts of everything then a ridiculous cheese/charcuterie board???
