One minute of silence and a song for peace owned to the 25 children of Cyprus deceased in the deadly earthquake in Turkey 🙏. Children of the Turkish Cypriot community, and of the whole of Cyprus! 😥

The people of the Greek Cypriot community- the majority- stand by your side Turkish Cypriot parents, relatives, teachers, friends, neighbours..of those innocent children..We know we are all One under the eye of God or Allah in front of life and death. In such tragic times we realise there is nothing really standing between us humans and compatriots, no check points, no fences, no armies, no hatred or animosity!

We feel a stronger urgency of showing love and solidarity to each other, of giving hands for the sake of peace at last! So we dedicate this song we covered for peace last June, 15 Greek and Turkish Cypriots, to those innocent souls lost and their families, wishing them strength and courage! 🙏

Only thing we could give you is love..❤

Σε μια κοινωνία πατριαρχική, στην οποία η γυναίκα υπάρχει μόνο για να τη βλέπουν, τι σημαίνει να είσαι γυναίκα; Σε έναν κόσμο που η γυναίκα υπάρχει ως συμπληρωματικό του άντρα (της), τι σημαίνει να ζεις ως γυναίκα; Τι σημαίνει να ζεις μόνη σου είτε ως επιλογή είτε από τύχη; Τι σημαίνει να έχεις διαφορετικό σεξουαλικό προσανατολισμό ή εμφάνιση που αψηφά τα κυρίαρχα πρότυπα; Πόσο ελεύθερη είσαι; Τι σημαίνει να ζεις με τον φόβο της παρενόχλησης; Πόση εξουσία κουβαλάει το ανδρικό βλέμμα; Πώς νιώθει μια γυναίκα απλώς και μόνο για το γεγονός ότι είναι γυναίκα; Από τις 11 μέχρι και τις 31 Ιανουαρίου, ίσως κάποια από τα πιο πάνω απαντηθούν στον εκθεσιακό χώρο Common Room δίπλα από το Πρόζακ.
