The E-SPACE Centre in Limassol opens up new possibilities for personal and business growth and development. The Centre brings together psychotherapists, psychologists, personal growth coaches and business coaches in a single E (energy) SPACE. We invite interested professionals to join us!
The opening of the centre took place on the 1st of March 2025 in Limassol. There are cosy rooms for individual sessions for psychotherapy and business coaching, a large hall - a classroom for group training and education.
The founder of the centre is Anna Armbruster, a doctor, psychotherapist and supervisor of psychologists. She has been working professionally since 1996, conducting individual, couple and group therapy, online and offline, in Russian and English. Provides professional help with addictions, depression, panic attacks, phobias, pain syndromes, ADHD, PTSD.

On 15 and 16 March - two rounds of Cash-Flow Business Games under the guidance of Grigory Kaidanovsky, personal growth and business coach.
5-6 April - a two-day workshop, BODY TALKS, on working with somatic symptoms and restoring body health using psychoanalysis, systemic constellations and regression methods. Presenters: Joachim Armbruster (Germany) and Anna Armbruster.
March-April: Participants are invited for a long-term group training programme for children and also for adults to develop emotional intelligence. The aim is to improve relationships, gain confidence, know yourself, manage stress effectively, resolve conflicts and adapt harmoniously to modern realities.
