Each month, in events across the globe, we get three to four people to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fu**up. Speaker announcement: Meet Tanya Leonova 🔥

Tanya Leonova Tanya Leonova is Head of Growth & Partnerships at Plurio, an AI agent for performance marketing. Around $500 million in ad spendnow runs through the platform.

She spent 11 years in paid traffic and partnerships—Admitad, MEL Science & Curiosity Box—then started selling the work she used to do by hand.

She also ran her own sales process on AI. It drafted follow-ups in the wrong voice, invented numbers for a conference deck, and once marked real companies as Closed Lost in the CRM. She still uses it. She just stopped trusting it without human on the loop.

She runs, too. One weekend she drove into the Troodos mountains to get off her laptop, picked a trail rated 2 out of 5, and ended up hanging off a rock with two mouflons. A 2 can always turn out to be a 5. Same with pilots, same with “we’ll just use Claude.”

On September 29, Tanya will take the stage to talk about the fu**ups, experiments and lessons behind the work.
