Cosmos High Performance Athlete Training.
Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels improve weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength, power and general fitness!
The greatest athletic achievements occur when individuals athletes master:Mindset, Lifestyle , Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery performance.
As part of our athletes management system, we’ll examine, test and manage a variety of performance qualities of each individual athletes. For Mindset, we may look at grit, the ability to be coached, purposeful , and emotional training and performance harmony. For Lifestyle, we would manage social interaction, enhance communication and relationships skills, and practice mindfulness. For nutrition we may look at, hydration, nutrient intake management, and food quality. For Movement, we would assess isometric and dynamic movement efficiency, body power, strength, speed, and fitness. Recovery may look at before and after training energy management, inflammation management, and sleep quality.
