A total lunar eclipse was viewable in Cyprus at the Moon's ascending node of orbit on 7th of September 2025. A lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon moves into the Earth's shadow, causing the Moon to be darkened! People watched this while they took a swim in the sea, or sitting on the beach or just hanging around talking to each other.
