Hiking, Yoga & Sound healing at Paradiso di Eros: A Rejuvenating Experience! 💚💚💚

Lovely hikers and nature lovers, if you missed out on the first hike event last month, we are excited to invite you for another magical hike and yoga experience at Paradiso Di Eros! 🌴✨

Join us on Sunday, March 30th, for a refreshing journey! We’ll meet at 09:30 AM at Paradiso Di Eros before setting off at 10.00 AM on a two-hour hike through the breathtaking green valleys of Foinikaria village, surrounded by stunning lake and mountain views! 🤩

After the hike, we’re thrilled to welcome back from France our beloved yoga teacher Michael Iacovazzi from Kalyana Yoga, to lead a 40-minute yoga stretch to relax and restore our bodies. To complete the experience, our free-spirited georgia_michael_ will guide us through a 20-minute sound healing, bringing deep relaxation and balance. ✨

To top it all off, a delicious, healthy meal will be delivered in order to nourish and refuel us. 👌
Feel free to spend the rest of the afternoon at Paradiso, unwinding, connecting, and enjoying the scenic views. 🥰
