The wonderful Agora hotel - where this magnificent shoot takes place - has recently been featured in ! And no surprise, really. It is the definition of a hidden gem in the middle of Cyprus, tucked away in the village of Lefkara - the home of traditional lace making on the island. The owners, Emilie and Aleks, have worked tirelessly to nail the decor with a soft, luxurious, old-time-glamour vibe. But they’ve also brought the hotel directly into the hearts of the local community, as well as creating a must-stay space for tourists. Seriously, you don’t want to miss it. Fave spot: lying on the striped pool beds, under a pink fringed umbrella in the atrium. With an Aperol Spritz, I think. Yes please.

My approach is first and foremost about getting to know you. I get to know things like how you met, who your favourite style icons are, your feelings on karaoke and what used to get you into trouble as a kid. Teasing out what makes you you, and why you work so well together, forms the basis for creating the perfect wedding day atmosphere for you and your guests. It influences the overall design, littering the day with meaning and allowing your generous nature to shine.

Weddings are multi generational affairs, and so our shoot had to follow suit. How lucky were we to have the most glamorous couple willing to jump in front of the camera with us? They had style and flair, and looked so good on the dance floor! They are the perfect reminder that while time doesn’t stop for anyone, love only gets better with age. Thank you George and Georgia for inspiring us all with your elegance and vivacity.

In the discussions about how we wanted it to look real, and not just a shoot, we realised we were creating an homage to the anti AI movement - real people forging genuine connection. Our models didn’t know each other, but after a couple of days of posing together, you can see that spark of friendship becoming established, and It. Is. MAGIC.

Christmas beckons, but there’s so much excitement to share! My first European styled shoot is on the brink of publication, and I absolutely cannot WAIT to show you. Plus! I have the rare opportunity of meeting clients in person in advance of their wedding next week! I’m organising their celebrations for NYE in 2024, and it’s going to be EPIC. So, in honour of them, and my new shoot coming out soon, here are some pictures from a shoot I don’t post nearly as often as I should. With more than 250 candles, published by , and with an incredible group of talented humans at work, this shoot has got all the warmth and peace we need for Christmas this year. 🕯️✨

T & M’s welcome party fell on the summer solstice, so when it came to decor, we knew we had to pay homage to the sun. We asked our florists, Dani & Foix, to make the flowers look like fire. And we asked Tanya, our stationer, for round menus to emulate the sun.
If you look carefully at the last picture, you’ll see the napkins are hand embossed with T & M’s initials, used on their website and with the video booth from their wedding day.

When Gem and Marty told me they were foodies, and that great food was even more important to them than decor, I knew was the caterer we should choose. If you ask me, they’re easily the best in Puglia. Their food looks as great as it tastes, and for this wedding they delivered in spades. It was such a genuine pleasure to work alongside Alba and her brilliant team. And to eat - that was a great pleasure, too! 😋
