We arrived at Dome Beach in Ayia Napa on 23.9.26 for our wedding on 28.9.26, and we contacted Cinderellas to take care of the steaming and dry cleaning of my wedding dress and my three bridesmaidsā dresses.
And honestlyā¦ what an incredible service they provide! š¤ From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top-notch.
Three days before our wedding, they collected my wedding dress and the three bridesmaidsā dresses directly from the hotel reception. Everything was so easy and completely hassle-free. They then returned the dresses to us the day before the wedding, perfectly steamed and ready for the big day ā no stress, no drama, just fantastic service.
After the wedding, my dress was understandably filthy from the rocks and sand, so I couldnāt wait to get it cleaned. Once again, Cinderellas made everything so easy. They collected my dress directly from the hotel reception, and within just 48 hours it was back with me, sparkling clean and looking just like new! āØ
We have another wedding reception booked back home with the rest of our family, so it was really important to me to have my dress cleaned and ready as quickly as possible. Iām so glad we chose Cinderellas.
From the communication and convenience to the quality of the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I honestly couldnāt recommend Cinderellas enough to anyone getting married in Ayia Napa or the surrounding area.
