Meet Roeland — our manager and the backbone of Maison di Flor. 🌹

Definitely not an unfamiliar face on the island, Roeland brings years of experience after working as a sales manager in wholesale on Curaçao before taking the next step and joining the Maison di Flor journey.

As the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, Roeland keeps everything running smoothly. From leading the store and helping customers find the perfect arrangement to coordinating deliveries, installations and sales. He truly is involved in every part of Maison di Flor.

A true all-rounder with a hands-on mentality, he’s always ready to help, think along and make sure every detail is just right. His passion for people, service and beautiful interiors makes him an essential part of the Maison team.

You’ll often find him in our beautiful store, so stop by to ask your questions about sales, Roeland is always happy to help ✨

Meet Esmé — one of the founders of Maison di Flor and the creative mind behind so much of what we do. 🌹

As a successful interior designer and founder of EIX Interiors, with projects in both the Netherlands and Curaçao, Esmé has always had an eye for beauty, atmosphere and the details that make a space feel truly complete.

But alongside her passion for interiors, there has always been another love: flowers.
“Something like this simply didn’t exist yet — and I really felt Curaçao was missing it.”
That vision became Maison di Flor: a place where timeless silk florals meet interior styling, creating arrangements that don’t just decorate a space, but elevate it. 🌿

With one foot in Curaçao and the other in the Netherlands, Esmé brings international inspiration, interior expertise and a strong sense of aesthetics into every Maison creation. She is always thinking about how florals can transform not just a room, but the feeling of being in it.
