You forget how plain it all looks at the start. A wooden table, some chairs stacked up, a frame in the sand. Then the linens go on, the florals go up, and it stops looking like a beach and starts looking like a wedding.

A welcome sign, the arch right at the water’s edge, petals along the aisle, and a shoe valet for anyone who wanted their toes in the sand. Anika wore heels down the aisle. They came off later, like they always do.

Reception setup: all morning. Ceremony setup: ninety minutes. 🤍
The beach was in use until early afternoon, so every chair, every stem, and the entire arch had to go up in the last hour and a half before the first guest walked down.

Custom drapery, a neon sign, floral pieces that tied it back to the ceremony and reception, and a setup that worked whether guests wanted a quick photo, a framed keepsake, or a gif they could immediately send around. Pretty, useful, and one of the very best parts of the party.
