🚨 WE’RE HIRING – SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER 🚨
Kokkies Curaçao Catering Company B.V., the company behind Mi Familia, Mia Nonna, and Kokkies Catering, is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Restaurant Manager to lead one of our hospitality projects.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and knows how to motivate teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence.
✅ Minimum 4 years of management experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
• Manage staff scheduling and labor costs
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain company standards, procedures, and compliance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Drive sales growth and operational performance
• Work closely with ownership and department heads
Requirements:
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch (required)
• Papiamentu is a strong advantage
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
