U Crnoj Gori ima posebno preduzeće koje obavlja iste poslove i poslovnim ugovorima pokriva celu Crnu Goru. Uključeni smo u rezervacioni sistem AMADEUS, koji omogućava avio, hotelske, rent-a-car rezevacije u čitavom svetu, kao i BSP za automatsko izdavanje avio karata.

Since its foundation in year 1989 Miross travel agency successfully organizes seminars, congresses, conferences, special arrangements and travels management services. In line with our policy of transparent operations and the fact that this is a private company owned by Mirjana Šaletić, which has the license of A category No. 299/17.02.2010. We are the members of: IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents, International Chapter), YUTA (Yugoslav Association of travel agencies), SCB (Serbian Convention Bureau), MCB (Montenegro Convention Bureau) and LCC (Lufthansa city center network of agencies). At the moment we are in the process of joining IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organizers). From 2012, we implement and constantly improve ISO 9001:2008 for quality management of high level events, travel management services and special events on request of our clients.
In addition to our membership in various international institutions, our dear customers, the most important thing for you to know is from the moment you hire us we are taking all your worries and responsibilities regarding your events - from venue selection and reservations through successful planning and ex*****on of all organizational aspects for any event to the communication with your invitees, event social media management, event website management, consultancy in creation of event scientific program, association management.
With 30 full-time employees in Belgrade and Podgorica, and even more external specialists, our agency has contracts with all major suppliers in our industry worldwide. In Montenegro we have a separate company that operates under same rules and policies and office in Bosnia and Hercegovina is in the pre-opening phase.
Air tickets and other travel documents in our agency are booked and issued through AMADEUS and GALILEO reservation systems, which allows also hotel, rent-a-car reservations throughout the whole world, as well as the BSP for the automatic issuance of airline tickets and contracts with other leading B2B and B2C booking engines for travel services.

Od svog osnivanja 1989. godine turistička agencija Miross se uspešno bavi organizacijom seminara, kongresa, konferencija, specijalnih aranžmana i putovanja. Sa 30 stalno zaposlena radnika u Beogradu i Podgorici i više spoljnih saradnika naša agencija ima ugovore sa svim bitnim dobavljacima u nasoj grani u svetu. U Crnoj Gori ima posebno preduzeće koje obavlja iste poslove a kancelarija u Bosni i Hercegovini je u procesu registracije.
Uključeni smo u rezervacioni sistem AMADEUS I GALILEO, koji omogućava avio, hotelske, rent-a-car rezevacije u čitavom svetu, BSP za automatsko izdavanje avio karata kao i potpisane ugovore sa svim vodecim globalnim hotelskim rezervacionim sistemima.
