BTCHN collective from Belgrade was conceived in 2015 and, from the very start, made up of Luka Crnobrnja and Vladimir Jovic. These are two guys from the same mold brought together by a love toward similar sounds, and they also make up the Belgrade techno duo brÅk. Wishing to show people they can go out of their rectangular frame and display something more than just techno, they come together and start organizing parties in bars and clubs under the name of BTCHN. Jeca and Marko, the people behind the Chorbika collective, have had a considerable musical influence on the two by sharing knowledge and inviting them to their parties, so the duo started to show interest in a more mellow and slightly different variant of electronic music, bringing together influences from funk, disco, downtempo, wave, ambient, noise and drone styles.
