A photo essay featuring plants and species native to the tropical dry forest or humid forest of Cali, near the Pacific coast. The image depicts a stunning road and landscape emerging between two immense mountain ranges, the Farallones de Cali.
At approximately 800-900 meters above sea level, this road, or chain of quarries, or towering mountains, boasts perfect curves where shrubs, grasses, flowers, and a yellow orchid, the Epidendrum Melinantum, flourish. Included in this series, the orchid, nestled among the rocks, captures water in the mists of swirling rivers, becoming a sponge of life and tropical beauty.
En el arte y realización de las imágenes se integran el paisaje, la belleza del pacífico colombiano y el bosque seco tropical. Una Chupalla o Neoregelia Sonrojada, un Anturio Rojo Gigante, un Helecho Costeño, la espigada Orquídea Epidendrum Amarilla y micro flores de la montaña; todo incorporado a la belleza del make up y al arte de las uñas, en una colaboración de foto editorial hecha en Cali, Colombia con:
