🌏❤️🌎Cuando dos mundos se encuentran, la ceremonia habla su propio idioma.
Ella nació en el Pacífico colombiano. Él, en una familia judía de Seattle. Hoy celebramos cada suceso de la historia de sus ancestros, porque sin saberlo, cada decisión, cada tropiezo, cada logro los condujo hasta este preciso momento: este presente divino que no es otra cosa que un milagro.
✨Para honrar ese milagro, recitamos el Shehecheyanu — una bendición judía milenaria que se pronuncia para agradecer todo comienzo.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה, יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ, מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ וְהִגִּיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה.
Bendito eres tú Señor:
Shehejeyanu — que nos diste vida
Vekiyemanu — nos sostuviste
Vehigui’anu — y nos permitiste llegar
Lazmán hazé — hasta este momento.
✡️🇺🇸🇨🇴 Y así, en tres idiomas —hebreo, inglés y español— todos entendimos lo mismo: estar juntos, hoy, no es poca cosa. Es una bendición divina.

She was born on the Colombian Pacific coast. He, into a Jewish family from Seattle. Every, circumstance, every struggle faced by our people, every decision good or bad has given way to unfold this sacred moment: a divine present that is nothing short of a miracle.
✨To honor that miracle, we recite the Shehecheyanu — an ancient Jewish blessing spoken to give thanks for every new beginning.
