SCRAP OR CRAP...acronym for SUGAR/STRESS CARBOHYDRATES OR CHEMICALS, REFINED SUGAR, ADDICTIVE/ ALCOHOL AND PRESERVATIVES.
In today's world as we try so hard to improve the STANDARD OF LIVING, the QUALITY OF LIFE drops drastically and many people end up contracting lifestyle diseases worst than the present CORONA VIRUS. The difference with these lifestyle diseases and corona is that as inflammations, they don't pain but their damages are unrepairable and end up in most cases to death.
When we consume SCRAP OR CRAP in our system, our biochemistry changes and tasks the body to start taking preventive measures some of which and the most important is FLUID RETENTION to neutralise these substances in our body that act as FREE RADICALS. The more this fluid is retained our body's PH becomes imbalance creating and acidic environment where all germs and chronic lifestyle diseases prevail. This retained fluid put pressure on our arteries and hence our BLOOD PRESSURE goes up. With blood pressure comes other complications like diabetes as weights increase around the midsection giving rise to OBESITY, DIABETES, CANCER, THROMBOSIS etc. With blocked arteries and the thickening of the walls of the arteries, this automatically tasks the HEART that needs to pump blood under duress to supply these additional weights. Hence, causing the muscles surrounding the heart to become harder and an inefficient pump, leading to ANGINA or CHEST PAIN and finally HEART ATTACK. If this pressure continues, tiny blood capillaries surrounding the head as fragile as they are burst over time and leading to HAEMORRHAGIC STROKE call it facial stroke or brain damage. The consequences can go on and on and no matter the amount of money, when this happens you can never be fixed.
SOLUTIONS
Good Nutrition. Eat more to weigh less. Six small meals a day, supplement with multi minerals especially Omega 3 and 6 from Flax seed, fish oil,avocado( what we call pear), and olive. More of Omega 3 is better if not the best.
More fruits and vegetables.
Exercise at least trice a week for about 20-30 mins.. brisk walking and or jogging, some yoga for stress relieving and JUST A TINY SMILE will help tremendously.
Then the most important of all is to DETOX at least for six months following the full gestational period of the liver.
F-ACE drooping
A-rm weakness
S-peech difficulties
T-ime to call someone for help or the hospital or 911.
With these, we can save the subject under stroke or heart attack.
When the above are done even in moderation, I am telling you guys we can avoid many untimely deaths. It is no witchcraft but just lifestyle. DON'T ACCUSE ANY OLD MAN IN THE VILLAGE FOR NOTHING.
