How HIV is NOT Transmitted
🚫 Let's clear the air once and for all!

Many people still live in fear of HIV because of myths and misinformation. Today, we are setting the record straight.
You CANNOT get HIV from:
❌ Hugging or shaking hands
❌ Sharing food or drinks
❌ Using the same toilet
❌ Coughing or sneezing
❌ Mosquito bites
❌ Swimming in the same pool
❌ Tears or sweat
HIV is only transmitted through specific bodily fluids not through everyday contact.
Knowing the facts protects everyone. Share this and help someone unlearn a myth today. 💙

My work experience

What 2+ years as an M&E Officer at EasyHealth taught me

Working across multiple projects at EasyHealth, the lesson that stuck with me is simple: let data direct the course of action.

Tracking progress, providing real-time insights, and using evidence to steer decisions has changed how I work. It’s cut out guesswork, improved efficiency, and kept projects moving in the right direction.

Beyond the projects, it’s been an avenue for professional growth. Learning new tools and approaches has made me sharper and faster at turning data into action.

Data doesn’t just inform decisions. It drives them.

EasyHealth Team Stories

One thing that has stood out to me in my role is this: impact doesn't always happen in big rooms or major events.

It happens in villages. In homes. In conversations built on trust the kind that takes time, patience, and showing up again and again until people know you genuinely care.

As an Outreach Coordinator at EasyHealth Cameroon, I've watched that play out in ways I didn't fully expect when I first started.

"Health doesn't reach people through systems alone it reaches them through relationships."

That's what EasyHealth gets right. We meet people where they are literally and figuratively. And every small moment of trust we build is a step toward a healthier community.

Our April BaTi by EasyHealth webinar was nothing short of empowering.

We were honoured to welcome Dr. Toukam Danielle, Obstetrician & Gynecologist, who walked us through everything women need to know about menopause the signs, the symptoms, and what to watch out for.

With over 30 women in attendance, the energy and questions in the room reminded us why this space matters. Real conversations, real experts, real health that's what Bati is all about.

Every month, we bring specialists and experts together with women to talk about what truly matters your health. 💚

In Bamenda, Cameroon a region torn by conflict pregnant women are dying from causes that are entirely preventable.

Our Mama's Lifeline project exists to change that.

Our project will provide 100 vulnerable pregnant women with access to a comprehensive, free maternal and child healthcare package. For many of these women, this will be the difference between life and death.

The need is urgent. The solution is ready.

We are very excited to be doing this in partnership with the McCain Institute.
