Eduard Martí attended Gray Line Partner Summit 2026 in 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, and judging by the photos, it was a radiant few days.

Last week, Gray Line leaders, partners, and operators came together for a packed programme of business sessions, conversations, customer catch-ups, and a proper taste of Argentina. Palisis and Prioticket were proud to sponsor the dinner reception; here’s just a taste: great company, excellent beef, an active 📸 photo booth, and plenty of moments worth sharing.

A big thank you to Gudrun Thorisdottir and Griffin Hanbury of Gray Line Worldwide, for bringing the global Gray Line community together in such a memorable setting.

Eduard is crossing a few time zones 🌎️ for this one.

From 13 to 16 October, he’ll be in Spokane, Washington, for Arival 360, a.k.a. the tours and activities sector reunion.

If you know Eduard, you know he’ll be in his 🐝 element: catching up with familiar faces, meeting new operators, talking distribution, and probably having three conversations at once in the best way.

A brilliant evening with our customer Mersey Ferries, celebrating the launch 🎊 of their new vessel, the Daffodil.

Christopher Smith joined the Mersey Ferries team, stakeholders and partners for the Royal Daffodil Showcase, with a trip across the river, local food and drink, and a first-hand look at the new vessel in action.

It was especially great to see ticket scanning running smoothly in a live setting and to support the team on such an exciting milestone. There was also time to catch up with our customer, Liverpool City Sights, and enjoy a few 🥂 cocktails.

Spending proper face time with customers in a lovely setting was most enjoyable.

Nobody starts a tour business because they are passionate about VAT compliance.

But if you operate tours, attractions, or activities in France, fiscalisation is one of those things you 🙅‍♀️ cannot ignore, even if you really want to.

France has some of the strictest fiscalisation rules in Europe. Any system used to record customer payments must comply with French ⚖️ anti-fraud law and NF525 requirements.

The tricky part is that many operators are technically “doing something,” but not necessarily doing the right thing.

You planned the departure for a 60-seat 🚂 vehicle.

Then the vehicle changes. Now someone has to remember to update the capacity before more bookings come in. That is exactly the sort of small manual task that can create a much bigger problem later.

With capacity management, each vehicle or resource can have its own capacity. When you assign it to a departure, the correct number is applied automatically. Change the vehicle, and the capacity changes 🪄 with it.

This avoids separate updates, removes the need for a mental note to come back to it later and, of course, no accidental ❌️ overselling because the departure was still using the old limit. Just the right capacity for the resource you are actually using.
