Menno Vlek recently paid a visit to our partners at 🇱🇺 Luxembourg Sightseeing, which was a productive and energising onsite session. The self-service kiosks were tested, troubleshooted, and are now ready to shine across the city; thank you, Lourdes and Thomas, for this time together.

Over lunch with Luc and Fernando, the conversation was about Luxembourg’s unique role in European tourism and the exciting plans ahead, including new potential placements for Palisis terminals around this delightful destination.

Prime example: Eiffel Tower “skip-the-line” tickets (which the Eiffel Tower doesn’t sell). Yet OTAs continue to advertise them, pulling in clicks on promises they can’t fulfil.
