Shorter experiences are taking centre stage. The kind you can fit between lunch and your next plan, without feeling like you’ve lost the whole day.

Part of the globally recognised Gray Line brand, this operator offers a wide range of sightseeing experiences across the city and beyond, including the iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz to day trips exploring Northern California’s scenic landscapes.

They are now equipped with Palisis devices to support on-site ticket sales, giving their team greater flexibility to serve customers directly at key locations and streamline on-the-ground operations.

A big shoutout to Chris Smith for stepping in and driving the onboarding forward, along with Gregor, Violeta, and Susana for their expertise and support throughout the setup.

Today, we are 📣 announcing that Prioticket is joining forces with Palisis.

With this step, we become the largest independent channel manager for the tours, attractions and experiences sector.

It is a major ✨ milestone for our business, our customers and the wider connectivity landscape.

Together, Palisis/TourCMS and PrioTicket now connect more than 50,000 tours and activities, work with 250+ API connected reseller partners, and gain access to 60+ additional integrated booking system connections through PrioTicket’s marketplace.

PrioTicket will continue to operate as its own company under the leadership of Gert-Jan Ruiter. Josef Birchler leads Palisis as CEO. Marc Wieland moves into the role of Group Executive Chairman, and Eduard Martí Massanet will lead distribution strategy across both companies as Group Chief Distribution Officer.

For customers and partners, continuity comes first. Products, contracts, integrations and support contacts remain unchanged.

Our focus is clear: supporting customers today while building stronger ticketing, connectivity and distribution capabilities for the future.

A few moments 📷️ from our recent gatherings across Spain with the Customer Success team.

First, the onboarding of Xanthippi Kourakou, our new CS addition from Greece, and then bringing the team together in Granada for focused work. It was a few days of training, collaboration, and getting real time together.

Being in the same office makes room for all the good energy and vibrant personalities of this team. Conversations were a joy, and the work was super connected. As you can see here in the photos, we had dinners, a very competitive card game, rooftop drinks, and a chance to enjoy the Albaycin and its charming alleys.

A warm welcome 👋 to Xanthippi as she joins the team, and a big thank you to everyone who made the time to be there.

If your “calendar” is just a list of departures, it’s not a calendar. It’s a to-do list wearing a 📅 calendar costume.

That works when things are small and predictable. It stops working the moment you get busy.

Because a real day in tours does not look like “Departure at 10:00”. It looks like everything happening at once. Early arrivals, last-minute bookings, delayed guides, on-site payments, and constant small adjustments that keep the day moving.
