Was finally time to reset, reboot and relaunch.... some callings just cannot and will not be ignored. And this inner journey has been long and rather tumultuous, to say the least😅💆🏽‍♀️!
You see, even if we do try to ignore that inner voice, the Universe will give us a nice little kick into our sexy little asses... like a not so subtle wake up call.... just in case we got lost in the mundane routine of human indifference and everyday existence. 😅

Quite honestly I really have no clue as to how exactly I will get to where I need to with this plant based business of mine... I know, though, what the end result should be...and also have no idea how and when I can finally move to London, which is where my heart and my soul are also forever being pulled to ( actually for the last 25 years, London has been my monkey on my back...calling me to finally move back there...permanently 🙌🏾 🐒 ).

But in any case, these are the only two things that I really am sure about and desire in my life right now. Everything else is oh, so obsolete and unimportant.
And my gut instinct says, that these two elements are somehow interconnected and relate. So let’s see, how this adventure unfolds.

Behind that little award, there was a whole lot of determination, hard work and stubbornness behind it to never give up... no matter what.
No matter what means: no matter what hardships or challenges were flung upon the path, no matter how it seemed that the the sky that once fell upon you, didn’t exist anymore.... find a way to pick yourself up, find a way to feel something again, and let life reveal those few things that still matter.....burn the bridges you need to, make the rational decisions you have to in order to survive and then do your magic, and then this time, never let anyone or any unnecessary thing or person get in the way again. We are responsible for our own victory. The rest don’t matter. In retrospect, a lot of things and people don’t really matter in regards to focusing on our vision. Was für ne Nachricht am Montag früh: Coop führt nächste Woche den Beyond Burger ein.

Wer hatte ihn noch nicht? Wer will ihn? 😋🍔

Edit: Die offizielle Einführung ist nächste Woche ab 23.04. Die Verkaufsstellen werden diese Woche mit den Burgern beliefert, weshalb es sein kann, dass der eine oder andere schon diese Woche auftaucht. Die 2 Patties gibt's für CHF 7.95 und werden in der Tiefkühlabteilung zu finden sein.

Köche müssen bei der Berufsprüfung nicht mehr Fleisch oder Fisch zubereiten. Die Branche reagiert damit auf den Vegi-Trend. Anders ist es bei den Lehrlingen.
