Remote and hybrid work changed how we meet. But it’s also changing how we understand each other.

For teams spread across regions and languages, sharing information clearly — in real time — really matters.

More companies are now building live interpretation and captions into their everyday communications, not just their events.

Here’s what that looks like → https://hubs.la/Q03BJLCP0

Learn why multilingual communication is essential for real collaboration in remote and hybrid teams, & how tech like Interprefy transforms global business.

⛵ What a race.

The 100th edition of the 2025 {{linkedin_mention(urn:li:organization:70406830|Rolex Fastnet Race - Cherbourg)}} has officially wrapped up — and we’re proud to have played a key part in making it more accessible than ever.

From Cowes to Cherbourg, we brought world-class multilingual technology to the race, helping people follow the action in real time, wherever they were, and in the language they know best.

On-site captions stood out as the primary way many attendees stayed informed throughout the event. It's a great reminder that accessibility isn't just about audio — it’s about meeting people where they are, in the format that works best for them.

Big thanks to the event organisers and everyone who joined us on this journey. Here’s a quick look back at an unforgettable week on and off the water. 👇

🌊 From Cowes to Cherbourg, Interprefy is on board at the 100th Rolex Fastnet Race - Cherbourg — one of the world’s most iconic offshore sailing events starting on 26 July, 2025.

This year, we’re providing remote simultaneous interpretation, live captions, and AI-powered speech translation to make the race more accessible for everyone following along — whether on-site or online taking place from 25 July to 1 August..

That includes multilingual support for Fastnet Talks, a week-long series of expert podcasts and masterclasses.

📲 Access is seamless via the Interprefy app or the on-site display screens.

😩 Planning language access for every event… one quote, one timeline, one scramble at a time?

🔤 One event just needs captions.
🔁 Another needs AI speech translation across 20+ languages.
🗣️ The next one? High-stakes. You need expert interpreters you can count on.

When you're running multilingual events all year long, one-off solutions just don’t cut it.

That’s why we created Interprefy Plans — to help teams manage language access across multiple events, without starting from scratch each time.

✅ Access the Interprefy Platform, Services, or interpreters — as needed
✅ Use your plan across events for 12 months
✅ Track usage clearly and budget smarter
✅ Support when needed — or full control when preferred

Whether you're planning internal meetings, webinars, or international conferences, Interprefy Plans give you a structure you can rely on.

Inclusion isn’t just about access — it’s about understanding.

This year, something shifted. Multilingual accessibility stopped being a bonus and became something audiences expect — at events, in meetings, on livestreams.

Not because it’s trendy. Because it’s necessary.

Whether it’s real-time captions on a smartphone or interpretation via browser, the tools are here — and they’re changing how we connect across borders and languages.

It’s no longer about ticking the accessibility box.
It’s about making sure everyone can follow the conversation.

Curious what’s driving this shift? We’ve unpacked it in our latest blog → https://hubs.la/Q03w9XvH0

👀 Think Google Meet can handle your next multilingual meeting?
It might — but only if you know what you’re working with.

Yes, there’s a new voice translation feature.
Yes, it’s impressive.
But it also has some big limitations you won’t see coming.

If you’re planning an international team call, global event, or anything where language matters — this is worth a few minutes of your time.
