One of my most commonly asked questions from clients when looking to book a picnic is ‘what if it rains?’ ☂️

A totally justified question, because although I can control the vibes and the aesthetic, I cannot (yet) control the weather 🌞

If it rains on the day, we have the following options:

🌷We can move the time of the picnic (for example if rain is forecast in the morning but not late afternoon
🌷We can move the date of the picnic to another one that suits you and your guests
🌷You can reserve an indoor location ahead of time, and if it rains I can decorate the inside space instead (there are several attractive GZ’s that I could recommend, and I also have a lot of beautiful indoor decorations)
🌷You can receive a full refund

To plan any event outdoors requires a bit of good luck and good karma, but it has such an amazing pay off when it works out that it’s definitely worth taking the chance. Plus you are statistically much more likely to have dry weather than rain in the summer (especially since the Bööög has promised us a hot one 🌞) In the event that it’s not, I have a very flexible policy on how to handle the rain if it is forecast; we always find a solution that works best for you, dear customer ✨

The gloriously vibrant rhododendrons looked beautiful next to the sumptuous reds of the velvet carpets 🪻
