Another of my favourite salads at the moment...my take on 's Chicken Shawarma salad, with za'atar flatbreads.
For me, salads are never simply some lettuce with tomato and cucumber. They can be delicious, filling, nutritious meals in their own right, warm or cold, but always with the freshest ingredients and brightest flavours.
