The winter season's cooking is over now. A massive thank you to all my awesome clients I've seen since December, it was a treat cooking for friends old and new!
Moving into spring, I'll still be available for batch cooking (perfect for stocking the freezer, especially for those with specific diets) and of course as always dinner parties at home in our spectacular region.

Personally, I'm not a traditionalist Brit and can easily forgo the turkey. For me, a has it all... it's special and luxurious enough to feel like a real treat, and even more tasty with our local Hérens beef. Give me delicious veggie sides and a brilliant red wine and I'll be happy!
